I don't typically love doctors, but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Biggs right away. She was fantastic, listened, and made me feel heard and understood. I felt like she actually cared about my concerns. I went for a specific concern, but also mentioned another obscure issue. She knew right away what the issue was and printed off pages for me that really helped. I don't have insurance and finances are tight, and my previous doctor insisted I go in frequently and unnecessarily for appointments in order to get a prescription refill. In contrast, Dr. Biggs approved my refill for a year. She was really a blessing. I highly recommend her.
April Biggs prescribed my uncle one hundred eighty acetaminophen with codeine tablets per month and never held herself accountable for this behavior with anyone in my family.
I love April. She is the best doctor I have seen in my life (I am 61 and have seen many doctors. She asks questions and listens to your reply. She is personable and comforting. She will do everything to find out the answer to your health issue.
