Dr. Ismail really helped my family member. He listened and thoroughly evaluated their mind and body to get a sound treatment plan. And, the plan is working great!! A great improvement, like a brand new person, my dear family member is back to their normal, well self. Thank you Dr. Ismail!

LAZY, misunderstanding, Interruptive, and very rude.

Office help leaves a lot to be desired. Still charged even though I met deductible & was covered at 100%. It took over 6 six months to get money back & at least 10 phone calls. They are only available a few hours a week.

Very friendly and friendly staff. I have to have 2 implants removed from my lower gum and replaced. Removal went well. They were fine with my Drama in the DREDED chair and assured me I was far from the worst. I Will update when he is finished with necessary work, sometime in February 2021

Very rude and arrogant.

Office personnel and insurance department are incompetent. Told me I didn’t have an appointment but they scheduled me reversing my name. They wouldn’t see my until I said I was leaving. Took copay when I met me deductible and was covered at 100%. I told them my deductible was met. Filed secondary insurance and told me I didn’t give primary insurance info. I did and they had info. I couldn’t get them to refile secondary info as it was denied due to primary needs to be filed first, so I filed. Office personnel lied to Dr. Ismail about what I said. After 9 phone calls and 6 months I got my overpayment back. I would not recommend anyone to this office.

Dr. Ismail is very patient and understanding..He takes his time with you and if deemed necessary will have you come back sooner..Makes you feel relaxed..

Dr. Ismail & Kristen are very good team and knowledgeable. I have always been treated fairly. never under estimated.

Wonderful doctor! Saved my life by getting me on medication that worked. Had been to several doctors getting wrong medicine making me worse than I had ever been. Started out with mild depression and other doctors had me on so many things, had major depression. Dr Ismail is the best in the city! Love him! He is an addiction specialist also, so he knows his stuff!
