I was very disappointed when I found out I had misplaced my trust in this doctor. She had been prescribing my child the wrong dosage of his prescription. How scary.

She was our pediatrician for 2 years for our first child & when we had to relocate we were so sad to lose her! We have been searching for a pediatrician for our kids (we have 2 now) that even compares to her and have been disappointed. She went above and beyond helping us figure out our sons GI issues and was always extremely warm and caring. She was an excellent and compassionate listener to all of my first time mom concerns. She is simply the best! I'd give her more stars if I could!

Dr. Rao is a great dr I miss her treating my kids she is awesome I thought she wasn't practicing anymore but glad to hear she's still around wish I can talk to her but that always seem impossible lol! She's a blessing and very missed! Anna Melendez

Dr. Rao is the best pediatrician in Bakersfield. My kids love her and feel comfortable with her. She takes her time with all patients and is very thorough.

Dr. Rao was my pediatrician for both of my girls. She's the best in Bakersfield CA by far! And hard to replace when you move. She is very caring, spends so much quality time observing your children, one on one, to access their behaviors and help them feel comfortable. This doctor absolutely cares. It was a blessing to find her!

Dr Rao is the most caring personable and competent pediatrician in Bakersfield. Not sure what this other review is about, but nothing is further from the truth. I recommend any and everyone I know looking for a pediatrician to try to get in with Dr Rao. You will not be disappointed. You will not find a better pediatrician, or anyone who comes close, to the expertise, personality, and genuine concern of Dr Rao.
