Horrible experience. My wife showed up for her first appointment with Dr. Ha and due to Covid the sign on the door says you MUST call a phone number to check in before entering the office. She called and was on hold over 15 minutes before calling me. I called the office number which actually went to an offsite remote agent who tried to assist us. The agent called someone at the office to explain what happened and returned to the line to tell my wife and I that the office said the phones were manned all day and now we have to reschedule, which we did. About 10 minutes later my wife calls and says the doctor’s office called her now saying she was a no show. My wife explained what happened and how she held 15 minutes to which the person replied “you should have held a little longer”. She then says Dr. Ha will now not accept her as a patient due to this “no show”. I called to file a complaint with the practice manager who said she would investigate with Doctor Ha directly and see if she would reschedule my wife. The practice manager called back before 5:00 to say my wife can make an appointment with another doctor but Dr. Ha will not agree to see her. I asked her do you think this is an appropriate response to punish a patient who was on time, followed your rules and you punish her by refusing to accept her as a patient? This was so unprofessional and despite our attempts to resolve with the office Dr. Ha herself is refusing to see my wife as a patient. My wife wasted her time missed from work, to essentially be called a liar (regarding being on hold), and told she’s not welcome there. Is this how you care for patients? Disgraceful. Omg! I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Ha post delivery as she was the attending to my resident doctor. What a trip! Love her spunk and spirit. Kind of jealous she isn’t my permanent MD .

Dr…ha always takes the time to hear what you have to say and explain everything to you she loves to joke and make you laugh could not ever want another doctor I have been seeing her and her staff now for 7 or 8 years I love it . what I also like is that Dr,ha nurses is always the same and they know you when you become Dr.ha patient .
