Worst doctor plus staff

I received a response from the man - I rest my case. He is out of control! He's truly a disgusting human being; needs to get out of medicine, because he is dangerous, and he is a liar. He needs help, and I feel sorry for him.

He's a great doctor! Personal and caring. I trust him completely. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, he's been our family doctor for ages and is a great doctor.

He is condescending and spends most of the appointment time going down a checklist on his computer. He was angry with me because I asked several questions of the staff before my appointment and asked the tech a question about why she was taking blood prior to the appointment which was not my experience in the past. He has now created an environment where I am not comfortable to ask any questions, which seems counterproductive for a doctor.

Creates an environment where a patient doesn't feel they can ask questions. He is not a good listener. Appointments consist of him running down a checklist of questions on his computer. Very quick to send you to specialists and does not follow up or manage your care.

Do not go here! was turned away after driving 40 mins to get to appointment as a new patient. Was told by the lady I was late for my appointment and they have someone else coming in 10 minutes when I wasn’t, The door was closed no one to let me in. This doctor is massively unprofessional and doesn't even seem to want to do his job. Ive been using this location as my primary doctors office for 15 years. The previous doctor i saw left the practice and since I have gone several times to see Dr. Wydan. Each time Dr. Wydan treated me unprofessionally. Now I was refused even a conversation when I call trying to get help for serious medical issues I'm experiencing. I'm shocked and left scared and unsure what to do next and I will try get in touch with another doctor. I am truly shocked that a doctor can treat people this way. It's hard for me to even believe it's legal for a doctor to throw a patient in dire need out like this. I just want help. I have good insurance and am a professional and cooperative person. I just don't understand if this man doesn't want to be a doctor anymore or something. Someone should review this mans practices before people get hurt.

No good. I requested to schedule an appointment with this doctor and they told me to go to an Urgent Care because apparently my symptoms were not severe enough for a visit. How would anyone know if they are severe enough if they haven't examined me? From past experiences, the staff also has poor customer service skills.

The doctor’s bad reviews are BS!!! I saw Dr Wydan for the 1st time today He was professional, knowledgeable, caring & compassionate. I was seeking medical attention for a very private matter, Dr Wydan made me feel relaxed, i was very comfortable talking with him about anything. Not something I’m used to. Our family has been going to Dr. Wydan for the past 8 years, and we've been nothing but happy with him. He always takes the time to write out exactly the steps you should take to help your problem, and has taken the time to explain to me how the thinking on certain treatments has evolved over time.

I was there for over 10 years. Wydans service has gone SO far downhill. The last straw was when I went to him for chest pains we had talked about the possibility of anxiety. He did two things: 1. Dismiss my actual chest pains (which has been treated since by a new doctor) as just me being upset that I had broken up with my boyfriend. I even told him it had been going on for longer than that. 2. When I went back for the SAME ISSUE and reminded him what happened he just called me a liar. Furious.

I personally have never had a problem with Dr.Wydan. my parents went to him n i also started seeing him. Very professional always listen to what i said. I also have copd n he knew i smoked when i started going to him, he advised me of what i was doing to my self with respect... Now as far as desk personal they are very nasty. They do not (play well) listen to request of other health care providers. Do not fax requested info. receptionist there are terrible

Anthony Wydan is the least professional doctor I have ever known. My mother went to see him, and instead of explaining anything to her he told her to "google it". When paying a doctor for his time you expect more than that. He's rude, crass and is completely lacking in beside manner. More then that, when I went to have my mother's medical records transferred to another office due to his awful nature, it took more than five months for them to get it done. The women at the front desk are rude and confrontational. I suggest going somewhere where you will actually get medical attention. Anthony Wydan is the least professional doctor I have ever known. He is very rude. He asked if I smoked. When I said that I stopped, he started to look in my handbag to see if I had cigarettes in my bag. I was shocked and appalled by his totally unprofessional behavior. Don't go to him.

I am leaving this practice because Dr.Wydan is non caring and does not think his patients should feel important or valued. I had an ER visit for a GI issue and wanted my primary dr.to make sure I was ok to return to work and to ask a few questions but instead I was refused a visit. I was told to follow up with a GI doctor because he does not handle those issues or go back to the ER if things get worse. Doctors used to care whether or not if it was their specialty. He has not bedside manners.

Unfriendly staff and unfriendly doctor. As a new patient, I needed a follow up visit after receiving stitches at the ER for a small cut. Cut seemed to be becoming infected. Dr. Wydan refused to even look at it or see me!! Told me to go back to the ER, which had a co-pay of $550. Went to urgent care, where they subscribed an antibiotic for the infection. Don't waste your time with this Office!!!

Since Dr.Ronda Karp has left the practice...it isn't the same any more. Not too please with the service my families has been receiving. We are now seeking a new family doctor.

Dr. Wydan is hard on his patients, but it's only because he actually cares about their health and well-being. Unlike many other professionals, the doc actually puts time and effort into his patients His staff is lovely, thorough, and quick. I never dread an appointment with them.

I had been sick for days so I made an appointment with Dr. Wydan. When I went to see him, the Doctor didn't even introduce himself and probably listened to me for 30 seconds before telling me to go rest and take some antibiotics. He wrote down the script in a yellow STICKY NOTE. I have never been to a more inefficient and rude doctor. When you see a patient, you need to give him time and respect, regardless of the gravity of his medical condition. Never again, I am changing PCPs immediately.

I needed a prescription fill for Mitigare which was replaced for Colcrys which my United Healthcare wouldn't cover anymore.Both are a generic name for Cultrzine 0.6 mg,taken twice a day to prevent gout.If I would get gout I can't take that med because of all the other meds I'am on.I was instructed to see an Endo DR.Both mgrs.of CVS where I get all prescriptions filled,Maple Glen,asked & told me to have the DR call them & they would explain that the med were aLL the same,He wouldn't do this.
