Dr. Anthony Paul Terrasse

This is your best option for a breast augmentation in my opinion.

Office personnel are pleasant until you state concerns about accrued fees and then request a quote for upcoming surgery to ensure full transparency. Then personnel provide snarky response that they can do that. Assuming an estimate was going to be provided , but 1.5 weeks later no estimate was provided resulting in cancellation of the surgery to avoid further excessive fees. This is further followed up by Dr. Terrasse defending his office's lack of compliance to their own processes and resentment and ridicule for patients trying to navigate what only he seems to fully understand.

Dr. Terrasse makes claims regarding about how business is expected to be conducted. However, actual experience is to the contrary. Recommend Dr. Terrasse ensures his staff is trained on the processes he claims are in effect . Highly anyone considering Dr. Terrasse look elsewhere as Dr. Terrasee seems to respond to challenges/concerns with narcissism and resentment - -not a collaborative patient/dr. relationship. So grateful I discovered his demeanor before any surgery.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Terrasse’s office for over a year now for facials. I look forward to my visits. I have received the most amazing facials. Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable!

Dr. Terrasse is kind, professional and wonderful. I’ve recently had him remove a mole on my lip and was so uncomfortable. He talked me through the entire procedure and couldn’t be happier I went here for it. I’ve seen him before (about 3 years ago) for a tummy tuck and I couldn’t be happier with that experience too. Was supposed to have something removed from my forearm and face. So, he makes you come in for a look first which was not very thorough and then the next appointment for the work. So, he did my forearm and totally blew of the scrape on my face. I guess he thought my Keratosis was cosmetic. The problem is that the white bump bothers me every time I look in the mirror. I did what he asked, and I paid for 2 appointments. I drove over 25 miles to see him from Island Lake to lake Forest. I guess I'm not a rich Lake Shore customer that has all the money to pay for his expensive creams and facials and cool sculpting and lifts and tucks. I'm just a 63-year-old former blue-collar worker. An Army Veteran that's driving a school bus for retirement. I also have had skin cancer surgery's nine times. Be warry, he barely looks at the area that he supposed to work on, and he makes you feel like it's not worth his time and then he makes you wait as he takes care of his high-profile clientele.

I’ve been to Terrasse’s a few times now for different treatments and my experience is always amazing! The staff is so nice and they really take good care of everyone. I’ve seen Dr. Terrasse for a Botox lip flip and have gone back for more because they’re so good. I also recently came in to see Kara for a BBL skin treatment to get rid of my redness and sun spots. I never write reviews but after my experience I knew I had to share my outstanding experience. I came in to see Dr. Terrasse as a new patient. It was an emergency as a dog bit my face and I needed stitches. First of all the service was outstanding. Being that the doctor was booked solid for the day they managed to get me seen within a half hour. When I arrived the place has such a warm feeling it calmed me from me crying in pain. They immediately put me in a room that was pre set up for my needs. The patient examination chair headrest was something I've never experienced in any other doctor office. It was the most comfortable headrest. Every doctor office should have that head rest! It's the smallest details that made this place so amazing. Things you don't ever experience in other doctor visits. I don't know about anyone else but I'm terrified of needles. Knowing I would need a injection to numb under the lip (the dog bite split my upper lip in half). I didn't feel a thing when Dr. Terrasse preformed the injection. I thought my face was going to never look the same but the moment he finished and I saw myself in the mirror I could never repay him for the unbelievable work he had done. Can I give more than 5 stars? I found Dr. Terrasse and his staff to be caring, thoughtful, and competent. I was coming in from a previous dermatologist diagnosis/treatment option experience that had left me scared and nervous. Dr. Terrasse spent time with me explaining my options and he was very tolerant with all the questions I asked. He was very thorough. I left his office with a scheduled appointment for an excision and frozen section procedure to be done by him and felt like a bag of rocks had been lifted off my shoulders. This place has the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered They have horrible customer service nobody acknowledges you till it’s time for you to come to the back, when the receptionist sits in the front the whole time. There is no other office I would go to for plastic surgery or med spa services. Dr. Terrasse is always there for me. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is an excellent surgeon. The spa has state of the art equipment. Truly the best.

However, Dr. Terrasse and his staff made me feel extremely comfortable about it and as such, I went forward with the procedure. Unfortunately not a good experience. From the moment we met he didn’t smile. He acted as though he wasn’t interested in my time. He was very condescending and rude when answering my two questions about non surgical procedures. He made fun of a photo I showed him. I was so intimidated that I didn’t respond to his inappropriate comments. I certainly do not recommend a doctor who doesn’t show the least bit of care or professionalism.

Dr Terrasse should not be performing breast cancer reconstruction surgeries. His knowledge is very limited. After 6 surgeries, he has left me with more of a mess than right after my double mastectomy. No compassion for what I went through, and he will not answer any questions without coming in and charging a fee. His office billing person billed incorrectly, & was rude when I asked about it. I will be taking more time off of work without pay to try to correct what he has done, with another Dr.

No matter how much exercising I did, I could not get rid of the fat on my arms. My arms now look toned because of my Cool Sculpt treatment. Great office! Kind, thoughtful and ethical.
