Dr. Anthony Sheyn

Dr. Sheyn has always been very good with any issues with my granddaughter. He is very patient and communicates with all of our issues addressed to him. He has never overlooked or made us uncomfortable about her needs. The staff is great!

Dr. Sheyn diagnosed our son's severely deviated septum as being the cause of his facial and eye pain after having been to another ENT, 2 Allergists, a Neurologist, his Pediatrician, a massage therapist, chiropractor... He operated less than 2 weeks after the diagnosis and ended our son's chronic pain. He is smart, funny and empathetic. A good listener. Highly recommended. Dr. Sheyn is very responsive and caring. He was willing to take the time to call me over the weekend to answer my questions and we're not even his patients yet.

Dr. Sheyn is amazing. He gave us an end to a year-long battle of repeating croup. This has been a true blessing for our little one because now he is able to enjoy more things. We've spent sleepless nights in ERs and had been told many things. So we changed everything to protect our little. One procedure with two different scopes to find out our little have severe acid reflux. Dr. Sheyn prescribed him an acid reflux medicine and we haven't seen an issue with Croup or ear infections since. To have those stop and our baby to be healthy is awesome. Thank you, Dr. Sheyn. You have made a very energetic boys world by giving him his life back. He can do so much more and enjoy the things he loves more often because of something you found.

I think Sheyn is a good doctor, but his post opt procedures and staff that assist with issues is horrible. No response on multiple attempts to get better meds landed us with a high copay for a ER visit that landed us in the hospital for additional 4 days. Ppl plan surgeries with their jobs and some parents don’t have the luxury to go out side that scope without Repercussions. Dr. Sheyn did surgery on both of my children. He is a great physician and is very kind. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sheyn!!

Worst experience I've had with a pediatric doctor. The ONLY option will be surgery, it was painfully obvious that he is all about $$$$! Save your time and copay and go somewhere where they actually care about your child.

Kind staff, knowledgeable. Sure he did not spend 30 minutes answering every single little question I thought in my head; however there are many patients to be seen. Dr. Sheyn valued my time as much as his; initial appointment, assessment, tie cut all in same appointment and all within less than 60 minutes.

Dr. Sheyn and his staff have been amazing from start to finish. We were referred to him after 2 years of chronic sinusitis and multiple strep throat infections that were causing truancy issues at my daughters school. From the very first appt. we were seen on time and very effectively. Everyone from reception to nursing staff and Dr. Sheyn were very friendly and knowledgeable and made the process very easy. We live 2 hours east of Memphis and I was very impressed with their efficiency and time management. After surgery the staff called several times to check on my daughter and make sure all was well. When I had to call them they returned my call promptly within the hour. They were also very informative and made sure we knew exactly what to expect during recovery. I recommend Dr. Sheyn and his staff to anyone who has a child suffering with ENT issues. We will definitely be seeing him in the future if needed. It’s very much worth the drive to Memphis. My daughter had her tonsils removed last Monday. No one from the office has called, as a courtesy, to follow up. I called last Wednesday bc she refused to drink or eat and my call has yet to be returned. Funny, the nurse and I played phone tag before my child was scheduled. Now, no form of contact at all. Dr. Sheyn and his nurse Allison are very hard to get in touch with . I was referred to his clinic by my daughters pediatrician...worst referral ever. I sat in the clinic over and hour to be seen and Dr. Sheyn literally rushed in and out of the room In about 3mins... I think they're more concerned with money"scheduling as many patients as possible rather than developing a "care minded relationship with his patients. I'm still waiting on a surgery date for my daughter...my calls and messages to his Nurse Allison have went unanswered since 9/16/16 I will try again this week . If possible go else where.
