This office called my cell phone 5 times in a row for no reason.

Dr Sarage is great and has helped me a lot. He is very kind and listens and offers great support. His office staff on the other hand are completely rude and dismissive. They are very unkind and don’t care about the patient. I love seeing him, but honestly his office staff makes it very hard to go back. My experience with Western Mass Podiatry warrants real concern. I have seen Dr. Serage himself twice, and both times were very positive. The problem lies in office communication. It has been virtually impossible to reschedule a minor procedure. The staff has not returned my calls on several occasions and there has been no attempt to explain or apologize for this extreme lack of courtesy. When I asked why, I was told that I hadn't returned their calls. ???

This is the first review I've left about a doctor. Dr. Serage himself is attentive and pleasant. That said, I hope he and the other doctors at his office are aware of the complete disfunction of the office's scheduling. Not only do calls go unreturned but, when asked why, the staff is rude and dismissive.

The doctor has been working with our daughter for a period of time. He is very attentive and explains everything very carefully. Great demeanor. He is everything a healthcare professional should be.
