My appointment got rescheduled without any notification. I wasted 2 hours to get there and didn’t get any explanation or apology.

I never got to see the doctor. I got a referral to come here 2 weeks ago but never got contacted to set up appt. so I been calling since last week but each time I’ve been put automatically on hold for a really long time... no one ever answered my call or called me back after I left messages. There was finally one person who picked up the phone today but then they told me they had to switch me to talk to someone else so they put me back on hold.... I waited 20min before I hung up and decided to get another referral to go to a different clinic. I never got to see the doctor. Over-The-Top anyway you slice it ! Dr. Meyer has a very professional style that makes me feel like I've known him for years. 1st appointment was so informative that I felt like I was his only patent...that's how much attention he paid to me and my reason for the visit. Never experienced such a terrific Dr. Appointment & supporting staff all duplicate his politeness and professional courtesy. Nichole who answered my calls to the office is beyond nice and I told her that she comes across as professional and truly caring. She doesn't have that "rushed" attitude that you so often get when calling a Dr.'s office...I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience to Nicole as is almost always the case these days at some businesses! Awesome Dr. as soon as he walked into the room he know exactly what I had! Very friendly and a great personality. I will be going back to him....hope this helps you all!!!

Dr. Meyer understands my genetic skin disease perfectly and knows it's just a matter of keeping me comfy, no miracle" cures" and I'm not being used as a test subject. Wonderful staff, never any problem getting prescription renewals or appointments.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to make appointments. Every time I call there is at least a 15 minute hold. It gets to the point that it is absolutely frustrating and you hang up. Right now there are two callers in front of me and just because I am very stubborn I wanted to see how long it would take for someone to answer the phone. I have been on hold for 40:48 and counting. I hung up. I then called the main switchboard on my office line and they apologized and I had to leave a message for the supervisor. Swedish you are the worst.
