I have been seeing Dr. Lee for several years as needed. He is always prepared with results of tests /procedures before he enters exam room. Easy to communicate with and understands your problem. I have recently referred my husband to him and would gladly refer any friends or family members as well.

Dr. Lee is an excellent doctor. The time spent with him is always productive. I truly believe he wants to help me be as healthy and pain free as possible. His offices and staff are top notch. I highly recommend him as a Doctor.

This company has a policy of on-time appointments but yet doesn’t respect the time of the patients.

Walked in to the front desk and before I was even greeted the front desk staff asked me for payment. I just got out of a major surgery that didn’t go as planned and I wasn’t even able to stand up. The front desk staff was beyond rude and never greeted me or asked if they could do anything to help with the check in process. I had my girlfriend walk me back as I was unable to steadily walk and the staff there didn’t even offer to help. Once meeting the PA I told her I had neck surgery and she corrected me saying “You had spinal surgery” rudely. As if that even mattered. Then she wanted to know the specifics of my surgery which me not being a doctor, I didn’t know the specifics or exact terms. Then I asked her if she was aware of the hematoma that I had on my spine. She rudely responded “no” and she was not aware I was in ICU for two days. Clearly she did not read my chart or the hospital notes. Then I asked her what my appointment was for today and she responded that they don’t do post-op appointments and she walked out. Never have I been in so much pain. I was sitting hunched over and the pain gets so bad I can’t sit up. She asked me to sit up straight and when I told her I couldn’t, she replied that I was in the waiting room. I was blown away at the comments and rudeness of this PA. Dr Lee was not there but the PA was beyond rude and unprofessional in every way possible. I have never been to an office with staff so rude. Not only were the front desk ladies rude, the PA was beyond rude. Didn’t care to know what was going on prior to the appointment. The appointment should have been rescheduled as nothing could be done at the time. But instead we showed up for the PA to be extremely rude, talk down to us and do nothing. How someone like that could work in the medical field is sad! Patient care is obviously not her strong suit. We will never be going back and I would strongly suggest going to a different provider if you are looking for one. I have never been to an office with staff so rude. I appreciate De Lee's knowledge, but it was very difficult for me to have my husband in the office without me. I could not understand what directives Dr Lee gave him. He could not explain anything, but that he wanted to do a procedure and need another Dr approval. I called the office on Thursday afternoon and requested a return call from Dr Lee's medical assistant, but as of today Saturday I have had no return call. My husband can't walk from his chair or bed to the bathroom with out assistance and he is getting weaker everyday that goes by. We both need help, please. Dr. Lee communicates well, and I have never had to wait for any appointments at his office. They are always on-time. I also like his "bedside manner" and provided all info that I needed and answered all my questions. My medical problems are complex and Dr. Lee has still not been able to resolve my pain issues, but at this point in time, I have no complaints and we are still seeking treatment solutions.
