very unprofessional I made an appointment two weeks prior and the day I get to the appointment they tell my insurance is terminated in front of everyone. so I call and its not terminated they just dont take the plan. I notice some places dont take plans that have loops wholes where they condo there charge ups. but what ever his reason its personal you had two weeks to tell me that you dont take my plan and I called when I was five minutes away you had another chance to tell me. I would have went some where else there are lots of professional and great dentist in the area I was referred to his office unfortunately. Im no longer interested in knowing his level of expertise nor am I sayin it's not up to par but the office environment is not. 1 star just because they made an appointment.

Worst dental care I have ever received. I had a wisdom tooth that was causing pain & it needed to be extracted. I was not numbed properly because I still felt the tooth being pulled at & I was already in enough pain to begin with. I ended up with dry socket & needed to return for extra care. When I went back to see the dentist "Anthony" & his female dental assistant laughed at me because I said I was in a lot of pain which is normal when you have dry socket. It was completely unprofessional, disrespectful & I do not recommend coming here when are plently of better dentist in the area that are professional & make sure you are numbed correctly before they proceed with a extraction. I was recommended DDS Green by my regular dentist. Him & his staff were friendly and the office was very clean. He explained what was needed to be done, my X-rays and assured me I would be okay This is the first dentist to give me a needle and it didn’t hurt. I highly recommend seeing Dr Green, he’s awesome

After encountering shady dental surgery practices at other offices (doubling the cost of a conical bone x-ray, charging extra upfront instead of billing after, dr assuming race) I've come to realize that you were a really cool office. You asked me about me, instead of assuming. Most people have issues with insurance and co-payments, so I appreciate that you guys stand above the others and see what's accepted or not accepted. Best Dental Experience Ever I’m would like to give this office 6 stars. Everyone from the front desk was friendly ,polite and professional. As soon as I entered I had my temperature taken and was told to wash my hands. Dr Shanin and his assistant Cindy was awesome. Dr. Green is amazing. Just completed by third extraction operation with him. Very welcoming and polite. The care and attention is second to none. Extractions are done so quickly and pain free, the entire staff takes amazing care in keeping you calm and from being tense. Would recommend 110%!

Had a really good experience with Dr. Green to remove 2/4 wisdom teeth. Only hiccup was that the reception did not put me at the time I had originally scheduled with them (they put me at 8 am, I had called weeks in advance and asked for 9 am). However, this is small compared to the experience overall. The receptionist was very nice, along with all the other staff working there, they made me feel very comfortable and didn’t make you feel as if you were being rushed to get it done. Dr. Green is a saint, and has a very delicate hand when taking them out, and took the time to explain everything to me in a calm manner. The extraction was painless and took less than 30 mins for 2 wisdom teeth. I still have the other two, but will definitely return to Dr. Green to get them removed in the future! My 16 year old was in a lot of pain by one wisdom tooth. I called on a Friday and was able to get an appt for the next day. It was agreed upon that he should get all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. I put it off for such a long time because I heard of so many horror stories, but that was definitely not the case at this office. My coworkers on Monday didn't even believe I had it done because I looked and felt fine. I would totally recommend them to a family or friend. I have had extraction done before by dr green and him and his team has always made me feel comfortable and I have recommended others to his office.. I will be going back to have my wisdom tooth extracted and I know I will be in excellent hands.. HE IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!

I had two extractions at once, under local anesthetic. While the injections were no fun, overall discomfort was very minor and fleeting. Dr. Green was very careful to make the procedure as painless as possible. The staff's office and bedside manners are superb! Welcoming and friendly, yet very professional. Attention was paid to every detail. The next day, I received a follow-up call from the office to check on my recovery. Highly recommended!!!

I have had 2 extractions, one 5 years ago and one last week. My experience was excellent. Almost no pain or discomfort. Additionally him and his staff are nothing short of amazing. Bedside manner was second to none!

What a wonderful facility!!!! I had the best experience considering I was extracting SEVERAL teeth. From front desk to Dr's assistant, billing, and the Dr. himself, everyone was terrific. I was treated with care and received all the attention in the world from everyone. Thanks wonderful people! Great Dentist who knows how to loot the innocent patients. His office cooperates with him in charging the patients. He has arrangements with other fellow dentist to send their patients too. The first one after making the portion of money by charging the insurance and the patient, sends the patient to this great dentist. His office makes big share by charging the patient as well as the patient too. I was send to Dr. Green by my a dentist who can not extract my tooth. Dr. Green's office very cordial and wanted me to pay a co-pay $66.40 and rest will be covered by the insurance. I paid the requested money and went through the procedural. After a month on Dr. Green's office started sending invoices for $223. I contacted them and they said the insurance has not paid their claim. I contacted the insurance who said that they have already covered 80% of the claim, $65.60. Dr. Green's office keep on sending me the invoice for $223 and due notice for $91 apart from my co-pay 67. For extracting one tooth I have to pay two dentists with larger sum of money apart from the insurance coverage. Beware of these kind of doctors and make sure of the the insurance coverage. Had I gone to a dentist who treats patients with no insurance I would have done with $20 or so. Please choose your dentist who genuinely treats the patients rather than who loots the patient. i am an insurance biller and I have been a patient in Dr. Green's office and I just want to say Dr. Green is a genuine, nice, down to earth guy. he treated me with care and he did not nickel and dime me. I can only describe Dr. Green in one word - "artist." I had 14 teeth removed in one procedure, and I was quite nervous going in. Not only did he and his staff treat me with reassurance and understanding, but the work was done at such a high level that I was able to eat (soup) later that day.
