Insurance fraud ! I was told my in network united Healthcare insurance would not pay a penny . My 30 minute office visit cost me 415$ cash . I called my insurance and they said that was completely false and my copay was 60$ . It's been a month and no refund. They have been paid by me and by my insurance!

This doctor was not trying to treat my conditions. His bedside manner was rude. He did not inform me that he was about to raise my shirt up. He snatched my shirt up like he was mad he had to touch me. The main reason I was there to see him he was not trying to discuss the issue. I told him the treatment I received in the past that worked for me but he decided to give me a totally different treatment that I have tried but it didn't work. I paid a copayment for no reason. I went to Dr. Greco regarding my acne. As soon as I walked in, everyone was very nice and kind. I wasn’t waiting very long, which was a plus. Dr. Greco was very patient with all my questions and answered all of them, and he gave me a lot of information and detail about the medication. Excellent staff and great care Dr. Greco provides multiple skin treatments and amazing advice. I can honestly say my skin has definitely been improving since I started to see him. Definitely recommend his practice to anyone searching for a dermatologist!!!

I went in on behalf on my husband to inquire about a fax that was supposed to have been sent Tuesday. The VA clinic in Tyler called me explaining that they had never received it, and since I have had experience dealing with other doctors’ offices in town, I knew that I had to got into the office to ask about it. Both my wife and I have been going to Dr. Greco since he opened his practice, and have found him to be considerate of our concerns and more than capable in meeting our needs. I would recommend him without hesitation. I read through some of the other earlier reviews; if there is a problem with harried office personnel, let him know! Don't lower a doctor's rating for issues in his front office that don't bear on the main reason you see the physician! office wait time is fast that's the only good thing I have to say. Results on any biopsy or blood work takes forever!!! Then when u get the pathology report they don't know any answers and no one there can even explain the results. More testing more waiting. They said two days on biopsy...took a week. Blood work results that day.... Two days later I called and they said maybe Monday.. very frustrated!! They obviously have never had to sit and worry about results!!! I will never go back.

Didn't have a good experience. I went in explaining clearly that steroid creams do not work for me but Hylatopic, a non steroid cream worked in the past. I had a coupon for it. This doctor would not prescribe it. He prescribed useless steroid creams that have not helped. Here's a tip: prescribe things that WORK. I don't care about the cost, I would have paid out of pocket just to have something that actually heals severe eczema. I throw steroid creams in the trash. Epicureamy is useless as well. Hylatopic foam is a miracle treatment. I called their headquarters to tell them that dermatologists will not prescribe the one thing that works. I wish they weren't prescription and instead OTC so that people could skip useless dermatologists like this one and get the treatment they need. Didn't have a good experience. Dr Greco is great. I went to him a few years ago to get a mole removed from my head. I thought he was still looking at it and he was already done cutting it off. I was so self conscious about it and did not look forward to hair cuts. I had no insurance. His price was very reasonable. I have another little one I am thinking about getting another cut off.
