Dr. Anthony A Grande

Until Amita bought out Dr. Grande’s practice, he was great! Now they don’t return my calls, I’m a year overdue for a colonoscopy, and I have no idea when I’m due for my six month labs. The service has tanked since Amita took over. HORRIBLE! I’m currently looking for a new doctor as this is totally unacceptable.

Was referred to this doctor for a routine check-up. Called for over 6 weeks to schedule an appointment; placed about two dozen calls that were never answered and always went to a machine regardless of the time of day; left about 6 voicemails and had only 1 call back (which I missed). No online option for appointment scheduling. Ended up going with a different doctor because the receptionist can't do their job.

Been calling for the past 4 days. Not a single answer always busy "assisting other customers". HORRIBLE SERVICE BEYOND and Above. Honestly how hard is it to pick the phone and say please hold.

what a great doctor. He took the time to go over my diagnosis and really listened to me. He also explained and answered everything that i feel i needed. He really made me feel very comfortable talking to him.

I transferred to Dr. Grande from a GI that was not trying to listen to me or treat me properly. From the get go, Dr. Grande listened and wanted to try a new medicine with me and it worked! Very caring.

I thought Dr Grande was thorough and explained everything well. He was courteous, sensitive, and listened well. I’d recommend him for any GI issues.

Dr. Grande really cares about his patients. In fact, he told me he doesn’t want to hurt his patients. This was in Advocate Lutheran General Hospital right before I had an Endoscopy.

Dr Grande was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a GI. He encouraged questions, told me what I needed to do and was very clear in his communication. And all in a light hearted manner.

Terrible bed side manner. No compassion. My husband was dying of cancer at Holy Family and he was part of the staff. He came into the room in a very brusque manner and proceeded to tell my husband in a very unpleasant way that he was dying and there was absolutely nothing they could do for him. His delivery was poor and it seemed that we were imposing on him. He was a jerk. My husband, as weak as he was sat up in bed and told him to get the hell out of the room.

Been going to dr glance face for over a decade he has saved my life 3 times and he is also a teaching dr. Very professional and knows what he is doing. Your in good hands with dr grande.. his staff is very helpful and they are very courteous professional and helpful. You won’t find such an intelligent dr who will do everything to make you healthy.
