I first went to Dr. Gallo after an awful experience with a dentist I won't name. My dental experiences were all awful since childhood so, when I was seen for the first time by Dr. Gallo and his staff, I was crying. Like a faucet. I couldn't turn it off. DR. TONY HAS BEEN MY MAN FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I HOPE I HAVE BECOME MORE OF A FRIEND THAN A PATIENT. I love this office!!! They are awesome and so respectful. Dr.Gallo is most definitely the best dentist around. Explains everything in detail and has patience. Beautiful office and clean.

Dr Gallo and his staff are the best dental office that I ever went to. Everyone was so friendly.I went there as an emergency - and walked out of there feeling like we were all family. I couldn't believe that I was so relaxed even when the drill went on. This was a first for me. I have been a patient for over 15 years, I now live over a hour away in Torrington and still make the trip 4 to 5 times a year . I love the entire staff and consider them friends as well as my caretakers in the dental field. I am sure that there are good dentists in my new town but will travel through 8 towns to get to Dental Associates. Call that crazy but I will not go elsewhere...EVER.

Dr. Gallo and his staff are very friendly and professional.I have been going here for about five years and never had any appointment were I had to wait long to go in for my cleanings. Their pricing is very reasonable and they take a variety of different insurances. And if you don't have insurance, it won't cost much. Compared to other dentists close by they are the most inexpensive. Also, if you have a problem they can usually take you in the same day as you call.

My only complaint is that I have not discovered this place sooner. The entire staff is amazing. Everyone is an angel. My teeth have never felt cleaner and I wasn't rushed - more appreciated than anything!

On Friday, Oct 14, I had a tooth filled which wasn't too bad especially after a lot of grinding to remove the old filling. I did have some discomfort Friday afternoon which I thought was the novacaine wearing off. Sat. morning when I woke up the inside of my mouth had an infection, although I don't know why. Maybe Mon afternoon I could come in and have Dr Gallo take a look if it"s not any better. My visit, otherwise was very good.

Usually I dislike going to the dentist but since I have been coming here I really don't mind. The whole staff is friendly and very helpful. Service with a smile and most of all the wait time is never very long. They know how to schedule appointments.

I'm still giving a review of 5, because the staff is wonderful. There was a big mix up on my last appointment that kept me there for quite some time. Somehow the receptionist left without telling anyone. When the rest of the staff realized what happened they were terrific in trying to get things resolved. Though I was there longer than I would have liked the staff was very compassionate in trying to resolve the problem.

Was having problems with my teeth from a previous dentist I called the dental associates of Kensington and they got me in the next day! Dr.Gallo came up with a treatment plan they made me feel at ease. My teeth are getting there! I wish I knew about him sooner!!! I highly recommend him !! Can't wait to get my smile back!!
