Worse experience, was an existing patient, staff person acted like a “ nurse ratchet” loved that I was 10 minutes late . Said sorry but doc won’t be able to see you at all today. Previous visit I sat for nearly 2.5 hours passed my appointment, “ sorry we are under staffed today” I never complained. I had a serious cancerous issue. Told me it would be 6 weeks . I was seen and treated 2 days later by wny dermatology. This place could care less about there patients, couldnt even squeeze me in anywhere within 6 weeks! But was seen immediately when I told wny dermatology this lesion on face can’t wait.

Had an appoint for a year. Arrived and was told that I cancelled it via the automated system. Told them at no time did I cancel this appointment. They told me the date I cancelled it…two days after Christmas, after a blizzard, and while I was working at the hospital. No way in hell I cancelled this appointment. I have been going to this office for years. I actually like them, but it is a 45 min drive there and 45 back. And to have them tell me this was on me, is silly. Why would I come if I cancelled it? At first I told them to reschedule in warmer weather…but decided it’s time to go somewhere else.

I have been going here for several years now -mainly for my annual skin checkup. Sometimes I have to wait for quite a bit, and sometimes I do not. This is the norm for all doctor visits so this in not out of the ordinary. I have always been consulted by the PA's but since COVID I had the pleasure of having Dr Dee himself. He is knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand it. Office staff is always pleasant and courteous to me so it baffles me that some of these posts were so negative. If zero was an option I would check zero. In trying to make a new patient appt I waited over 2 weeks for a call back. I was informed that I had to leave a 50 dollar deposit to make an appointment to offset deductible or copays. She asked my insurance and when I informed her that this was not necessary as there is no deductible or copay she hung up on me. What quality employees. She learned to act this was from someone.

Missed my appointment. A year after it was made. Said they called to remind me. Could not find it on my call log. Said I have to pay a50.00 fee. Then expected me to make a new appointment. Will be finding a new dermatologist. Very cold. All about the money. Said they would except change. Told them I was retired. Did not care.

The Dees are some of the best, most friendly, hard working people I know. Thanks for everything

Awful. Waited over an hour before I was ever taken back to the room. Then another twenty minutes for the doctor even after complaining to the nurse. Had two other people in the room with the doctor. He barely examined me. Had a female student he seemed more concerned with impressing, than actually treating me. A total lack of bedside manner. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor or office to my worst enemy.

The customer service are rude! They don't even explain things clear to patients!

Declined an 85 year old American senior because she had Medicare and Medicaid but willing would accept a refugee or illegal immigrant at no charge and with no insurance. 85 year old with a serious skin issue was refused service and turned away. Would not even look at her....what a shame .. whatever happened to the hypocratic oath..

Dr Dee is very smart and pleasant to talk to, and a very likable man. But the facility is not well managed. I scheduled an appt at 10am, and I do my part by arriving early. Had to wait in the front lobby for 30 mins before being invited into a back room, where I had to wait another 20 mins. Finally saw Dr Dee 50 minutes after the scheduled start time; I mentioned to both him and his assistant that I had been waiting nearly an hour and neither one apologized. Doctor shrugged it off, as if being an hour behind schedule was expected as par for the course. I strongly got the impression this is regular because there were 6 patients who all checked in exactly at 10am! Were we all scheduled to see the same man at the same time, or is it planned that most of us would wait an hour? Made me feel like my time & schedule is not respected at all. I really would like to give Dr Dee a higher review because ultimately he is very knowledgable and reputable. So I give a 3 star review; for a 5-star expert who runs a 1-star timeliness schedule. Great service - friendly staff.

Professional staff..good atmoshphere for quality patient care

Excellent! The staff was professional and pleasant, and I was given excellent care and attention by the nurse assistant and the nurse practitioner. The office is clean and modern, and the staff quickly and competently handled check-in, insurance, payment, checkout and scheduling without any difficulty.

Dr. Dee and his staff have gone the extra mile to help our son obtain the appropriate medication for his severe acne and advocated for him extensively with our insurance provider to ensure the best possible outcome for him. They put their concern for his well being into practice more than any other health care provider we have encountered.

His nurse was rude and violated patient rights. She insisted that I had no say on if a student was in the room. Insisted there was something wrong with me as I did not want numerous people walking in and out while I was naked. I finally gave in as she would not stop arguing. The staff also misinformed me and insisted I have no right to ask to see the actual dermatologist. The Dr forgot what medicine they gave me and guessed at it in the chart. He was superficial with horrible communication.

Extremely knowledgeable, very willing to explain conditions and treatments in detail.
