What an awesome doctor and staff. The doctor recently removed a fatty tissue and cyst. He did such an amazing job. Staff overall is so welcoming. I love that the doctor is trying to get to the root of my sinus issues. I am pleased at the excellent service that I get from the doctor and his staff. I highly recommend them.

Dr D’ Angelo is a true professional who is also caring and compassionate. I’m am 69 years old and of course have seen the great and not so great in the world of healthcare. Dr D’Angelo is at the top of the list in so many categories. He was able to diagnose my very serious neck condition, explained all details very well and took action....including his surgery work at MidRivers Surgery Center (incidentally the folks there are also terrific....Christy, Peggy, the CRNA’s all were so kind and professional) I highly recommend Dr D’Angelo as he is honest and he has the years of experience to help you..... and....he extremely hard-working… He called me three times over Easter weekend to discuss test results etc.…His knowledge, professional approach and effort grade A’s. I’m thankful I met him.

Me and my two brothers had the best experience as children, we have as a family used him for all are kids, and getting ready to need him for myself once again, couldn’t pick a better Dr then him!!

I have been seeing Dr. D'angelo for many, many, years. I trust him with my children and my own hearing issues. Highly recommend visiting this kind, knowledgeable doctor for clear results and a thorough analysis of your needs.

Best! Best! The absolute BEST ENT & plastic surgeon!! He did a 13 hour reconstructive surgery on the left side of my face 25 years ago and you can barely see any scars, also restored the nerves. Didn’t think I would feel that side of my face again. He has also worked on my 1 1/2 year old son for tubes in his ears then 2 1/2 for tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy then 3 to take his tubes out. He did a fantastic job every time, he treats you like family(I have known him for 25 years and says I was the reason for his gray hairs). He is the only ONE whom my son will let look in his ear! I would highly recommend after only one visit. Best ENT I have ever seen. Nurses and staff were five star friendly! Dr. D’Angelo was very thorough he took plenty of time and listened to my problem. I will be back for all my ENT issues.

Totally love Dr. D’Angelo I’ve been his patient for a long time. It took 3 weeks to get appt. Recent appointment was horrible the office staff is totally rude. The first thing I was asked for was my $25 co-pay. After 50 minutes of waiting I asked how long it would be and they said I was the next to go back but then I would probably sit in that room for 20 minutes the office manager looked at me with her hands on her hip and said that’s a possibility. I rescheduled my appointment. But with that type of treatment and and disrespect I will not be returning to that office. Totally love Dr. D’Angelo I’ve been his patient for a long time. Front desk staff was not pleasant or timely(DePaul location). Appointment time was 9:45. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork which I completed prior to appointment time. I was not acknowledged until 9:52. Receptionist asked for my insurance card and identification then told me she needed to take a picture of me for the chart and began to hold a web cam at my face which I declined. I asked if I could be billed for $25 co-pay and was refused, then I was asked if I was cancelling my appointment. My reply was no, you are. I asked for my paperwork back and I exited the office. I later spoke with the Office Manager to express my concerns. She was very professional, apologetic, understanding and explained the policy which could be overridden and offered me options to the situation. The doctor refused to override the co-pay policy and apparently declared to refuse to see me in the future as if I did something wrong by asking to be billed for $25(btw I have insurance). The co-pay issue, fine, I'm over it, but for a doctor to refuse to see me in the future as if he saw me in the first place and as if he is the only doctor in St. Louis is absurd. Apparently, he has forgotten his oath and compassion for human beings in an age of greed. Hope whoever reads this has a better experience than I, but be aware, this is how I was treated. Dr. D'Angelo is amazing but his Staff and Office Manager are unprofessional and won't return phone calls. They charged an extra $144 for my 19 year old son's appointment back in March, then the insurance paid everything in April. I requested the money back in April and then May 1st, but the Office Manger would not call me back. I had surgery on May 18th. On my follow up appt. they tried to charge me $50, saying it was my balance from surgery. Told them to show me proof and low and behold I didn't owe it. Called again in June, left message for Ofc. Manager regarding $144, then called again and still no response. Now being told that they are applying my sons money to my account. Which is a wrong. I told them not to do that. My bill becomes due tomorrow July 5th and I have not seen a new bill showing that they are applying anything. If it wasn't for me calling I wouldn't even know what they were doing to either of our accounts. Also, when I told the Billing person to not apply that money, her response was then how are you paying. Excuse me!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Staff and Customer Service. I hope the Doctor's find out how their Staff is, because the Doctor is awesome and now I feel like I have to go somewhere else because his staff is ignorant. Dr D'Angelo is very confident in his practice and cares about the ongoing health concerns of his patients.

First time patient. Everything went well BUT was scheduled for a follow up and appt was cancelled by Dr office. I was rescheduled for a month later than the original appt! The offic ewanted me to be responsible for calling them back everyday to see about a cancellation to get me back in closer to the original appt. I wasn’t happy that I was pushed a month further out and the office left me with the impression it just didn’t matter to them!

Dr. D'Angelo is an Angel sent from God!! He has the best bedside manner any patient could ever ask for. I truly thank God for him.

I have no problem with Dr D'angelo, but my goodness the staff...they are just burnt out. They dont smile at all. I just got off the phone with this Stephanie or Stefanny regarding billing. I was calling for weeks regarding the deductable for my daughter's surgery but for some reason she was just saying "we will call you" I mean, I want to know ahead of time how much I will be paying out of pocket...but no calls! My daughter's surgery is on Friday, so I called today and again spoke with stephanie but no emotions or whatsoever. Sounded so rude while telling me my out of pocket. Dr D'angelo need better staff or retrain his staff because they are making him look bad specially when the waiting time in his office is ALWAYS one to two hours long! This is sad and upsetting... I absolutely love Dr D'Angelo....he is so caring, kind, professional and an excellent physician....HE IS AWESOME...some of his staff members not so much...I have been having horrible pain and ear problems. Dr D'angelo is very nice, professional but HORRIBLE STAFF!!! Jill and Stefanni who would not give their last names. Good Lord! Why are there doctors letting these people work for them who are obviously making them look bad. I was on the phone due to my daughter's pain after surgery. After going to the ER 4 times and ER drs kept telling me fluid in ears, Dr D'Angelo was only one to figure out what was going on with me. He even called to check on me, what Dr does that these days? Genuinely concerned which makes me feel comfortable!
