Absolutely the best! Patient, knowledgeable, and so easy going. He has been our family doctor for years and we appreciate how well he takes care of us. Covid has been tricky, but he has remained constant and available to us throughout. Thank you Dr. Cipolla!

Dr. Cipolla is a fantastic doctor. My husband and I are new to the practice and decided to come to his practice after doing research and reading reviews/recommendations. We are really glad we did. He has a relaxed and calm demeanor while listening intently before delivering medical advice. It’s rare to find a physician that takes such an interest and Dr. Cipolla does just that, he genuinely cares. In addition, he was extremely thorough during the visit and addressed an issue that was overlooked by doctors at some of Boston’s best medical centers. Went for a physical. Will not be going back. 1. Paid for tests to be done, and despite repeated phone calls nobody has gotten back to me to discuss the results. 2. Tried to "upsell" me into doing a colonoscopy although I was over a year away from being due for one. This during Covid. 3. Miscoded my visit for insurance so I was charged a copay I am not supposed to pay. I called as soon as I got the bill to get it straightened out and was told they would look into it and recode. Called a week later and was told they were still working on it and they would get back to me. Then I got a notice that they had referred it to a collection agency, damaging my credit score! Even with their mistake, the bill wasn't even 60 days overdue when they referred it! 4. Despite all this, no contact and not a word of apology. 5. As a result, I believe they are incompetent, probably crooked, and have no regard for their patients.

After leaving my original Loser PCP I came to see Dr. Cipolla. He discovered things wrong with me that were never picked up. For example: I was originally diagnosed with a pulled muscle in my chest. Turned out I have a Hiatus Hernia. I am recommending my Niece to him today.

Both my husband & I use Dr. Cipolla. He is a very kind and caring doctor and very thorough. His staff are all very pleasant. What really impressed me is many years ago when we had 1st started out with them my husband was very ill, we called them and they squeezed him in that same day. Same thing happened to me once and again they squeezed me in. I will NEVER forget that. We have been patients for over 20 years. I have & would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cipolla.

By far this Doctor CIPOLLA is the worst, my wife had just gottan out of a 3 months long Brain Stroke and after 3 discharge finally she's back home. So i took her to this idiot doctor couple of weeks ago so she can be seen and tell him what is going on, right of the bat he started saying that he will not prescribe my wife hydromorphne cause she hasn't been seen by him for over a year, i told him that is ok, i dont know but right then i started not to feel constable, i felt he was treating my wife a bit RACIST. Anyway she was not feeling well still ans i mention to him that she was not feeling well and again he told me he was not going to prescribe her Hydromorphne i told him is ok, well she end up going back to the hospital this tine i took her to a different hospital where he will not be there or his partners. My wife was discharge again two week's ago and i took my wife again to see this IDIOT doctor, i took her there this pass Friday (4/19/19) waiting in the room this IDIOT doctor come in, i told him, "i told you last time she wasn't feeling well " and you didn't want to give her nothing, . He turn around and said to me that he's not going to stay here and argue with you, and then he storm out the room went to see another patient, waited and he never came back , my wife was in a complete shock cause she did not had nothing to do with this and this idiot didnt want to check my wife. As i was leaving my wife and I saw him, and he didnt even say nothing, so we left... we aware of this Doctor, NOT GOOD, BE AWARE!!!!!!! Best doctor I have had in many years. He's now my primary doctor for a year wish I had found him long time ago. Hardly ever had to wait more than ten minutes to see him.

Dr. Cipolla spends time with me and does not get annoyed with questions and does not rush me, despite having an obviously busy practice. My extended family all use him now because he is conscientious, super smart, has a great bedside manner and cares about his patients. He does not miss a thing.
