I’d been going to Cifelli for 30 years. I finally had it with his condescending manner within which he responded to my simple and fair follow up questions during my physicals. I’m so over him and has HORRID staff. Good luck!! I’m done.

I have had two visits with Dr. Cifelli and found him very professional and knowledgeable. The office staff are accommodating, efficient and pleasant.

Dr. Cifelli has been my GP for over 10 years. He has vast professional experience over many valuable years of service as a dutiful practitioner. He is responsible for the complicated diagnoses of Lyme disease related issues that literally saved my life due to his guidance and recommendations. His working towards diagnosing my issues led to the discovery of a dangerous aortic aneurysm. He has also handled my check-ups and illnesses very well over the years and he has helped to keep me healthy. His service and competence are very much appreciated.

On April 7,2020 I called his office to make an appointment for my mom. The staff member who answered the phone was talking over me and not listening to what I wanted to tell her. I told her to listen to me as I had to tell her what I need to say about my mom. The staff member hung up on me!!! How can she work for Dr Cifelli if she’s not going to listen to what the patient needs??? Unbelievable and rude staff member who answers the phone!!!

He's a great Doctor. Patient, caring, friendly. Unfortunately his office staff is none of those things.
