I am beyond pleased with the care that I receive from this facility. My previous pcp had me waiting hours to be seen. Not to mention the hassle they put me through just to get regular refills, let alone precerifications for special meds. Here? I may wait 30 min tops, but Im ok with that. Because I know what type of care Im receiving. I never leave a visit not knowing what's going on. Dr. Hsieh has a way of explaining things that isn't "greek" to me. If I have a question? He answers that question with terms that I'm able to understand. I appreciate the kindness of his staff as well as their professionalism. Everyone has been so prefessional and considerate. I'm so grateful to have such a lovely family physician. There isn't one specific word to describe this family facility other than... Impeccable.

I have a special needs child/adult Daughter,,,been seeing Dr Ansen Hsieh for years! I wont let any other Doctor touch her! The Staff are Amazing,,and go above and beyond for what my daughter needs,,for prescriptions,,to medical equipment! Dr. Hsieh and staff has even come out to our car to see her and do the actual check up on her! And,,he also takes the time to ease my mind and talk with me about any issues or questions I may have!! Just Love him and his Wife,,and Staff for being there for us!,

Dr. Anson Hsieh is a very good doctor.

Dr. Hsieh is a good doctor. The main issue is his wife Lynn who is rude and nasty to Patience. Lynn is the office manager that thinks she owns the practice. Lynn will also violate hipaa law.

Dr. Hsieh is very knowledgeable, he listens to your issues and concerns. The staff is always nice, professional and caring of your needs.

Dr. Hsieh is great, but whoever I talked to this afternoon regarding an appointment acted like it was a nuisance to talk to me. She sighed really loudly like I was an inconvenience. She sounded rude and I was extremely disappointed.

I'm glad that I got to work with him & now a patient of his! He's the ???? !!!!

When we relocated to Bowling Green last year, Covid was underway and we needed a new physician. We called several physicians but they were not accepting new patients or had such abbreviated hours that it would be months before we would be scheduled. However we called Dr Hsieh's office and were on the schedule within four business days. He and his staff take excellent care of us and all of his patients that we meet. Caring, patient, professional and truly a doctor who helps make people feel better and understands what each of busy needs at the time. Highly recommend his team as your new physician. Nobody in this office can do their jobs. Tell them all meds need refilled and they call in 2 of the 15-20 meds. Now patient is out of their medication

I was going to Dr Hsieh for about 14 years and then I moved away to another state and soon as I move back to Kentucky I came right back to where I started. Dr Hsieh is just not a doctor he is a person that cares and understands and Miss Lynn is too I’m so grateful and thankful for the time and the care that they give their patients they are truly amazing people.

If you don't understand something just ask Dr. Hsieh, who will give you an immediate college education in language you can easily grasp. Kind, considerate, gentle, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Who could ask for more in a doctor?!

Dr. Hsieh was very thorough with my parents as first time senior patients. He seems extremely knowledgeable and willing to listen to all health concerns.
