I have never been treated so disresptfully by a physician. I saw her at Mercy Health in Lisbon through express care. Very disappointing. I will not be going back to this facility.

Was very good. Answered all my questions.

Dr. Bonnetti has given me spot on treatment .... she has gone above and beyond in a specific incident a few years ago that probably saved my life.... she had her nurse call to check back up on me then insisted she put eyes on me.... which resulted in a trip to the ER and a 5 day stay 3 in critical care with Salmonella... I probably wouldn't have went if she hadn't called and followed up.... I highly recommend Dr. Bonneti If you are looking for a doctor....

Very condescending and rude. Treated me like a 12 year old. Tried telling me that no neurologist would prescribe fiorcet because of the slight addictive possibility. First of all honey, it’s not even a controlled substance, second of all a top neurologist from UPMC... a real hospital, prescribed it 10 years ago and it works great. Haven’t been in rehab yet. Keep to your practice and let the real Dr.’s do their job. Wanted a ton of expensive unecessary tests. Cancelled a follow up. Stay away. Very condescending and rude. Treated me like a 12 year old. She has a great sense of humor and handles all of my basic medical needs. I followed her from the previous practice that she was with. She takes the time to get the full story.

I followed her from her previous practice because she was very personable and knowledgeable. She is a great bedside manner and with my current condition has sent me to the correct doctors to try to fix my dizziness issue. Have seen dr. Bonetti for years. She has always listened intently and treated me with respect.

Zero bed side manners or concern for anybody in the room but her. I blew it off a few years when she had the audacity to tell my 15 year old son (who she had never met before that day) that he needs to get into more extracurricular activities so his college application looks good. But in 2 visits since with 2 of my other sons, including today. It isn't a fluke. That is who she is. Today she sees my 11 year old who was stung by a bee and his arm had been swollen for 3 days. She didn't even touch it or ask him anything or if it hurt. Zero. My wife was just stunned. Just wrote a script and moved on. Absolutley heartless. Thank you Dr. Kempe for being a real doctor. I went in to the express care for severe lower abdominal pain. I was scared as it was cause it almost made me faint. Dr Bonetti came in and was soooo nasty to me. She makes me lay back, starts pushing on that area so hard I’m crying. She said I am not a patient of hers, so she can’t properly treat me?? THEN WHY IS YOUR TITLE ‘DOCTOR’? She said I had acid reflux and sent me on my way. Go to the ER and had a giant ovarian cyst rupture that was bleeding out. Thanks lady for your unprofessional help

I would not recommend her. She does not listen to the patient and is very short with you. I had a sinus surgery and a spinal fusion after years of telling her something was wrong. She put me on z packs and muscle relaxers which I didn't even take. Time to find a new family doctor.

Absolutely terrible bedside manner. I would NEVER recommend her and will never see again. Please anyone reading this there are many more empathetic and caring doctors, avoid this one.

The most unpleasant experience I have had with a doctor. She is not our usual physician or we would definitely be changing doctors. Condescending and abrupt with my son. She clearly was concerned with getting us out. The way she spoke to us was completely out of line.

Visited Dr Bonetti today as a new patient and found her to be professional and very nice. She was friendly, asked questions, made sure I understood the "what next" and seemed genuinely interested in my health.
