Very caring, thorough and super clear communication. Highly recommend.

She charged about $4000 for testing and did not listen to what was reported. She did not document anything that was pertinent and violated HIPAA by sharing details of the report to a family member. She sent an entire report to them. Her office failed to respond to any calls and numerous emails asking for clarification for why she did that. She was retained for help for a disability application but ended up causing more trauma by the way she behaved. She was so unprofessional and deteriorated trust to seek help from others.

I went in for testing, but after receiving the report from all of my tests, it was like Dr. Swain didn't even listen to what I was saying when she was taking my history! There is SO much missing. Without my history, experience, and testimony, a psychologist cannot give a good and knowledgeable expert opinion since half of the information is missing!! She basically took my money (thousands of dollars for the battery) and left me out to dry. Completely unprofessional.
