Dr. Anne Hughes White

I had a really poor experience. Lack of follow up and just no care for my situation at all. I had to follow up with the office and then I got a bill for a test they ordered and now will not cover. There is a basic, who cares attitude and it's really disappointing.

I had a terrible experience here. For the last few months my body has been covered in hives and rashes. When I finally got in to see Dr. White, I waited for 1 1/2 hours. And after all that she was no help at all. She didn’t do any testing on me. She told me she would email me a “visit summary” well it’s been over 2 weeks and haven’t received it. I called the office twice now asking for it and they say she still hasn’t signed off on it but will email me when she does! ridiculous! I’ve been on steroids and she was supposed to email me how to tapper off of them! This was a horrible experience and I still don’t know what is wrong with me. Please do not come here. Husband been in her care since nov 2020, told staff and Dr White that Tx plan not working, still. Coughing continually, not able to sleep, getting vaccine shots 2x a week, making him sicker. Had phone Call with Dr White, whom I heard her state on the phone that she had given him a vaccine TOO strong for him, referred to it as double dog or super dog, not sure the correct term, she apologized and said she would correct it. He started getting supposedly corrected vaccine, last week, not any better, still coughing continuously!!! She doesn’t seem to be able to treat him appropriately she has made our life so miserable, especially him, We need to get someone who knows what they are doing. Avoid this doctor! I wanted to visit Dr. white because my allergies and asthma had gotten very bad. They were taking no in office appointments. I understand no breathing tests but how does an asthma dr assess you over a screen? Dr. White called and talked at me for over an hour. She then prescribed an inhaler I told her I couldn’t tolerate and spray my insurance wouldn’t cover because it was for polyps (no proof of polyps with no exam). Then her office called to tell me I had an appointment for skin testing. I have had skin testing and I did not agree to have it again. I suffered several more months and saw a Allergist in person who diagnosed an ear and sinus infection.

Dr White took care of my sister. She was very self conscious and shoud have seen her years ago. My wife and I finally took her. She is now a new person.

Was there for over 2hrs waiting to see the dr. Than when she showed up was very unprofessional slowest place on the planet and ended up being a complete waist of time

Not a fan.... I took my son to see Dr. White and when she came in she didn’t have a white coat on. It wouldn’t have been an issue if she would have said hello and introduced herself so I knew she wasn’t an assistant. After testing my son she said she would be back, 30 min later she did not come back but a member of the office staff did. I had questions for the doctor and it turns out she left for lunch! I was highly upset about this terrible first visit to her office. I would never recommend anyone to see this doctor. Not a fan.... Dr. White is a thorough physician who treats each of her patients as though they are family. She will work hard to get to the bottom of your problems. She takes her time with her patients when needed and I can say it is much appreciated. MS

I’ve made substantial progress controlling my asthma under Dr. Whites care. I highly recommend Dr. White.

Completely disappointed with Dr. Whites office and their inability to manage schedules. The first time in her office my wait time was over 2 hours before we saw Dr. White. The second time, we waited 1.25 hours before I said something to the receptionist, who informed me that Dr. White had one other patient to see before us. We waited another 15 minutes then walked out. The staff apologized, but it's unacceptable. Our time is also valuable and anyone who cannot manage patient care in a more efficient and respectful manner should not be running a private practice. They didn't bother to call and inform us beforehand, they just put us in a room after we arrived and had us wait endlessly. Absolutely no place for that type of treatment these days! Nice office and very friendly doctor. Billing is the worst and I would advise anyone going here to get all your payment information prior to your visit. They will have you take all the tests even if you don't need them and not tell you about your financial responsibility. A one time visit left me with an outrageous bill that I was not even aware that I'd be billed for. Get it in writing BEFORE your visit.
