Bases diagnosis on data rather than patient. She was dead wrong about my husband's prognosis. I do not believe she took the time to evaluate him but based her assessment on his clinical history. She charted followup without seeing him.She also was very unprofessional in her conference with me. She summarily announced that he would never cognitively recover from a stroke and then launched into a long discussion of her stepmother's stroke & how ignorant her family was for expecting her to recover
