I think Dr. Bercovitch is top notch. Calm, kind, and is reassuring. And found a melanoma in my first visit so she and I have been very conscious of doing a thorough body check ever since (over 10 years!) at least twice a year. She is never rushed and her staff is awesome. I never wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room nor the exam room. I cannot think of a single thing to be critical about. She and her office are the best!

She’s calm and reassuring, and I Have total confidence that when I see her, she’ll listen and address whatever the problem is. Also, I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They actually answer the phone, and are kind and helpful.

Keeps you waiting in exam room for too long. Not thorough, did not do a total body check with a magnifier despite a family history of skin cancer. Examines from afar. Didn’t request I remove any clothing to do a thorough skin check. Spends a very short time with patient as she appears to see too many people. I stopped going there and so have other friends and family members.

I've seen Dr. Bercovitch twice. The first time was about three years ago, upon the recommendation of my optometrist. I have sun-exposure damage to my corneas, so he thought a skin check would be a good idea. Dr. Bercovitch did a skin check, but acted like I was wasting her time and told me I didn't have to come back unless I had a problem. I went back for a problem this week, and she was equally dismissive. Going for a 2nd opinion elsewhere, and won't be back.

Dr. Bercovitch is a professional, that I have and-will continue to recommend; A1.

I was to have a full body check. She did not do that.Never checked between my fingers, toes.Never lifted my arms either.I was concerned about an area on my nose and she said to come back in 2 months for another checkup. She was running behind and I did not get a thorough exam. I had a set appointment and I sat in the waiting room well after that and once in exam room, waited far too long before she came in.I did not complain.After thinking about it, I waited too long & not the full exam!
