She is a very good doctor who knows her stuff. My family and I have always felt well cared for by Dr. Olsen.

Dr Olsen is very nice ..However, when I made my appointment to start seeing her as a new patient I did not know that she was also a pediatrician. Every time I go in for my visit, the office is PACKED! It could be 2 hours or more. My last appt I was waiting for over an hour and then someone came in for an emergency appointment with a newborn, needless to say it held everyone in the waiting room waiting for an additional hour. If u are someone who is pressed for time, this office is not for you.

Made an appointment for a physical but did not bill as a physical. Insurance allows for certain amount of physicals with no co-pay. They did not bill it as a physical and asked me months later for the copay. Called to clear up and thought it was finished. I then receive a letter of collection for the copay ($20). Physician was okay, but the administrative office is well below subpar.

Dr. Olsen has been my primary care doctor since im a little kid. She is by far the best and I trust her with everything. She spends a lot of time with you and explains everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs an excellent, professional, caring doctor.

She does not call you back after taking test she makes the staff which is unprofessional I do not need everyone to know my illness she refuses to hep you out with arguent request
