I was very disappointed in the way I was treated as i called the on call doctor in the middle of the night regarding my 4 year old sons fever despite of his treatment with antibiotic and fever reducing medication. He was getting treated for Strep but the antibiotics were not effective so my son continued to have fever despite of being on treatment for 24 hours. So i called the on call doctor in the middle of the night as my son woke up with a high fever. Dr, gray was so upset and annoyed with me because I called in the middle of the night sharing my concern about my son. She told me twice it is not ok to call her in the middle of the night with these questions. Very disappointed with the way the whole situation was handled.

Rude check in staff and long wait times to see the doc. Toughed it out with this practice for about a year. I have 4 young kids and racked up about $100 in co-pays that my insurance didn't cover. I was on a payment plan and this practice admitted to losing my card information and stopped the payment plan on thier end. They called me practically every day to collect the $100 and the billing department was mean and ruthless! I called them back today to resume balance arrangements and was told they sent my account to collections and I need to find a new doctor for my kids. All of this over $100! Dr. Anna has been caring for my kids for 17 years. She always listens to the patient and is an excellent, caring doctor. She offers practical advice and is not afraid to brooch awkward or difficult conversations with adolescents, which is really important. My kids feel comfortable going to her on their own as they are older now as a result of the rapport she has built with them.

Both my sister-in-law and I take our kids to Dr Gray and we love her. She is great with my niece who was born with health concerns and patient with my high energy son (won't sit still on an exam table even if I try to bribe him with candy lol). What's really great about her too is how well she deals with the parents. As a first time parent I was asking a million questions and she answered them all with real advice and humor. She gets it - no judgement. I highly recommend her!

Dr Gray has such a great bedside manner not only with my son but with me as well. She's patient, and as a first time parent I was asking a million questions and she answered them all with real advice and humor. I highly recommend her and her office!

Dr Gray was able to diagnose a rare condition my child had early enough to reverse the condition before it did more damage. She followed up over the phone as well. She has a very relaxed and confident bedside manner

Dr. Anna is caring, thorough, patient and my kids adore her. I wish she could be my doctor too!

Dr. Gray is personable and genuine. She shows interest, understanding, encouragement, trust in us as parents, and is so pleasant to be around. Always took the time we felt was needed, and honestly listened to our questions/concerns. Absolutely loved this doctor and was VERY sad to change insurances and have to go to a new pediatrician. She set the bar very high and I have yet to meet someone else who makes such a positive impression on me and my family. Thank you Dr. Gray!
