She is the most thorough and attentive doctor that I’ve ever come across. Dr. Freitag actually reviewed my entire chart and treated me with both empathy and respect. She is amazing!

She is the absolute best! She is kind, compassionate, and thorough in her testing. The downside is to be prepared to wait as she is always running behind. I can’t even take off stars for that because I know that she is providing the same care that she affords me. She is one of a kind and I am so grateful to have her after many frustrating years with other endocrinologists.

I am so happy to see this new endocrinologist. She really cares and is so incredibly patient and thorough. She took a surprisingly long time with me. I finally feel like I am getting somewhere.

All of the previous compliments of her being the Best, caring , professional are absolutely accurate. Dr. Freitag quickly adjusted medications to restore my health and just plain feeling good again.

I waited months for a virtual appointment with Dr. Freitag. At the scheduled time, I did not get a link for the appointment. I called office after 10 minutes and was told the link would come when the doctor was ready to meet. Another hour went by, and I called again. I was put on hold and then told that the doctor overslept and was getting ready to start her appointments for the day. I cancelled. No communication from the office. No apologies from the doctor.

Awesome. She's a thinker and a listener. She explains things well and is an excellent teacher with her students; teaching the patient at the same time while explaining things to a student. They will turn out well!

She is the absolute best, hands down, of ANY doctor I’ve ever been to. Beyond professional .. she actually cares and it shows

Love Dr Freitag. Very professional and explains everything to me. She also sets my mind at ease.

Dr. Freitag is very good and on top of her game. I am very impressed with her knowledge. I learn something every time I meet with her. She's alert to things that my other doctors are doing too that might interfere with what she's planning. I appreciate that she is careful because I have a complicated case.

I went two times and then walked out never returning. She left me in exam room for 90 minutes. No other patients were there. I told the nurse my daughter had chemo appt and I needed to get going. 2 hours after my appointment time still no doctor. BUT I HEAR HER ON PHONE LAUGHING AND TALKING ABOUT DINNER. I left. Then she sends my pcp a report saying she saw and examined me. That is a complete lie! This "doctor" needs to retire.

The office staff if lovely but the average wait time each time I go is over an hour. Dr. Freitag spends an average of 5 mins in the room with me when I finally arrived an no matter how many symptoms of my autoimmune disease that I still exhibit, her response is that my levels are fine. I haven't experienced much improvement from the time I was diagnosed over a year and a half ago. Looking for a new doctor...
