Love this provider. I have not only had cataract surgerys, but I am currently in the middle of cornea transplants. Anna is understanding has been supportive working with my ophthalmologist. She definitely cares about getting the prescription right and your continued eye care. She makes the extra effort to make it so. Staff/front office, makes the same effort in their support. I CANNOT thank the staff enough for what they did for me. My husband and I came here to celebrate his birthday and in the midst of packing things, I completely forgot to bring extra contact lenses. Woke up realizing this, I was beyond stressed and disappointed. I called to see if they were able to come up with a solution to my mistake. Ashley who answered the call was so nice and helpful. She transferred me to Pam who then helped me by seeing whether they had anything close to what I use. They gave me a call a couple hours later and informed me that they had 5 pairs of contact lenses with my prescription for a small fee. During our trip in Big Bear, my husband's scratched cornea was irritated, painful and swollen. Pam, went above and beyond to assist my husband with a new lens. Words cannot express our gratitude of helping him during our vacation!!
