I've been taking my almost 11 year old to Dr Banas since she was a month old. Absolutely love her and her staff. They are very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable.

I absolutely adore Dr. Banas! I am now on my 3rd child (all of which have seen her), and I could not imagine trusting anyone else with their care. She is the type of doctor that you just know is doing her job because she genuinely has a deep love for children. Dr Banas very nice. Polish receptionist very rude and unprofessional. She gave me horrible experience and over an hour wait even though I am 9 months pregnant. She seems like she hates kids and people in general.

Her staff is awful, she didn’t check up almost at all my little one. She only told: oh I see he is ok and for everything I asked her she didn’t reply properly (I mean she didn’t know nothing more than I have already known without a degree in medicine). Everything for 200$ as she didn’t have our insurance. She was pushing me also in having extra immunisations (obviously paying extra). Thank God I didn’t accept. Just know I found out that the immunisations she told me are for Kindergarten (my little one at that time was 3 and half). Now I found a great pediatrician. I will NEVER recommend her to anyone. I agree with the other reviews. Receptionist very rude and unprofessional seems like they hate their job. I found it difficult to schedule an appointment for my children who are asthmatic. Banas was ok but always rushed her appointments just trying to get the kids in and out. The waiting time was ridiculous. I had to pull my kids out of there. Found a great doctor near by. Dr. Banas is the best pediatrician I have ever dealt with. Glad that I found her to care for my 2 babies. Receptionist also cares.

She doesn’t like her job at all. She is there only to make money and write prescriptions.
