My first visit went really well Dr Zillow was awesome she is really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me about my allergy status I’m glad I went there

Dr Zilliox has been caring for me for about 20 years or so! I appreciate that she listens to my concerns and address my fears- then throughly makes clear my test results: and medications recommendations and reviews results of previous diagnosis and if are we having positive results or need adjusting! Great doctor and staff

Dr. Zillion provides excellent care and explains everything very well so that it's easy to understand. I appreciate the care that she and her staff provides.

Finally someone who listens, asks lots of questions, and explains things with diagrams and demonstrations.

Great office. Friendly staff. Dr. Z was able to solve a problem I had been having for over a decade and got me in a treatment plan that worked!

Dr. Zilliox is amazing! She spent close to an hour and a half with me asking detailed questions about my long-standing upper respiratory symptoms which I have struggled with for 12 years. I have seen multiple ENTs both locally here in VA and where I initially developed theses issue in Chicago (Northwestern University Medical Center - don't waste your time!). I love this doc! She clearly knows her stuff! She spent quality time with me, gave me detailed info about what she was going to do. The staff are friendly and so efficient! They call you back and talk with you like you matter! They make you feel like you are in good hands!

I suffer with chronic hives, my quality of live is greatly affected.... when I saw Dr. Zilliox & we had a frank discussion about my upcoming treatment, I was somewhat apprehensive, however after getting my shots now since February, I am beside myself with happiness... for the 1st time in a long time, my hives have not been back for awhile. I would recommend DrZ. to anyone who wants a no nonsense provider that answers your questions and doesn’t pull any punches. Her staff is efficient & caring. I am forever grateful!

Dr Zilliox always listens to me and treats me like family. I feel very comfortable talking to her about any kind of issues.

After two appointments of more than 60 minutes, the first was mostly about how I didn't have an allergy! After the visits I got a huge bill, she first tells me that she doesn't believe you have an allergy, that is a gastrointestinal issue, still she orders a test of almost $480.50 after insurance payment. During the test she decides is not related to food, and with disguss and almost sure it wasn't an allergy she runs 42 out of 48 allergens, "one is the control: histamine, the other is just marine salt", and after realizing I actually had a Dust mites allergy, she decides to blame the nurse for forgetting to run 6 missing allergens relates to food (by the way I had the same test in 2017 in UHealth and told her to check results which obviously she never did), as she said it well apparently you have a Dust mites allergy, and that she was not likely to tell me to move to another state or city like Denver or Seattle, with higher altitude and less humidity (maybe going back to my original city and country Colombia crossed her mind?), and after explaining and talking for other 30-40 minutes, also mentions: try to avoid the food you know makes you sick, but most likely is not a food allergy. She was pretty sure it wasn't that and sent me to the ENT instead of the gastro. Well this exam was done in July 9, 2019, today is August 19, yesterday I decide to ate a little bit of rice after 4 years, guess what Dr. Zilliox? Just for your ratlab research results, I had a reaction, lost partly vision, got a migraine and still I'm trying to feel better (is 4:40 am). By the way I stopped rice and orange, because in 2015 a doctor told me I had a high result in the IgE, and they identified rice and oranges, but Dr. Zilliox didn't believe I had that or the test that Doctor Baldwin runned in 2018 as part of the health enrollment plan, that was related to food allergies. Great job Dr. Zilliox, "keep looking for the possibilities of allergies in broken leg patients" as you explained me! At the end is not a life or dead thing and I can deal with the symptoms! I’ve been seeing Dr Zilliox for more than 10 years and I have never been disappointed. She does an amazing job of explaining options (the benefit vs detriment, the mechanism behind why it may or may not work, how it applies to my circumstances, the whole picture) and is always thorough. Dr. Zillioc is a thorough physician and clearly understands the importance of making connections between the physical and emotional aspects regarding health. She is humorous and uses it very well to put her patients at ease. The staff is also very personable and I’m sure her young patients are very relaxed when they enter the office. I would recommend her. I fully understood the reason for the next step because it was clearly explained and I was provided the opportunity to interject when needed. Finally, a doctor who was able to relieve allergy symptoms that have plagued me for years. Her technique in desensitizing my bodies response to allergens not only worked it has changed my life. Also, she was able to explain so clearly the process of treating allergies with serum injections I felt confident in the process. Her staff is also very nice. Dr. Zilliox is an amazing Allergiest. She truly takes the time to listen to her patients and come up with the best treatment plans. She is very thorough in her explanations and makes sure that you leave her office feeling confident in the plan you come up with. In addition, her office staff are warm and welcoming and her nurses are efficient and gentle. I've had to get shots and the nurses that administer them are the best ever as I barely even felt a thing, which is truly amazing for this needle phobic. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic because of my age and pre-existing conditions (asthma), I’ve been extremely hesitant to go to the office for my allergy shot. I really like Dr. Zilliox. I wish she could be my doctor for everything. I see a lot of doctors for lots of different things, and I've had some pretty bad experiences that have left me a little doctor shy. But Dr. Ziliox is great. She's really patient and willing to answer questions without making you feel like an idiot for asking. She does a really good job of not just giving opinions, but also explaining why she thinks what she thinks, and why she might be wrong, and what the latest scientific thinking is regarding allergies and related issues. With drawings!! She's never made me feel like I was wasting her time or taking up space I wasn't entitled to. The front office and nursing staff are also very nice and efficient. The staff was very friendly and took the time to understand my needs. Dr Zilliox was amazing. She actually sat with me and asked lots of questions so she would have a clear understanding of the problem and explained everything in layman's terms. Dr. Zilliox spends a lot more time with her patients than anywhere else I’ve ever been. She seems attentive and thorough. Exactly what I prefer in a doctor.
