EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I love Dr. Morrill. I've been going to her for nearly two decades, and everyone else in my family has been seeing her even longer than that! She genuinely cares about you as a person, not just an illness. She's correct 99.999999% of the time, even when specialists say something else. They eventually come to the conclusion that Dr. Morrill came to months (and sometimes years) before. I highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for the best possible care. Her staff is wonderfully diligent and sweet too!

I've been a patient of Dr. Morrill for 26 yrs and she saved my life!!!! I was hospitalized in 2016 with shortness of breath and I thought I was having a heart attack. Rush to the ER at Good Sam and they check my heart and said it was fine but my BP was crazy for me 180/100 even though I take my meds faithfully. I remained in the hospital for two days and Good Sam released me and increase my BP meds never checking my lungs. The day after being release I went to see Dr. Morrill and she requested an d dimer test, ultra sound, and CT scan and there they were 2 clots in my lungs. Good Sam did not take the time to even check my lungs even though I had trouble breathing when I visited the ER...After the test that Dr. Morrill requested located the clots, they rush me to the hospital and now everything is great no more clots 6 yrs later and I will continue to see her until she retire!!!! Dr. Morrill was very unprofessional in my experience. I witnessed her berate her staff in front of a waiting room full of patients. During one of my consultations, she had 4-5 staff members in the office with us doing different things. Office work. I expect my visits to be confidential and with just my doctor in the room. I have never in my life had this happen with any other doctor. She didn’t always focus on the issue I was there for, which was my thyroid. Instead, she would give me all these extra facts, like about my feet, for example, and what was wrong with them. Just really strange. I’m sure she violated some code of ethics but I never perused it. I just wanted to disassociate myself from her. I have since found an Endocrynologist who is professional and trustworthy. The experience made me decide to interview doctors before choosing one. Bills herself as an endocrinologist - she isn’t. Told me I was just “fat” & should try jump-roping when I was later diagnosed with Cushing’s. Terrible.

She is very knowledgeable about All that is going on with your body, you just have to be able to tell her how you feel at the time when you talk to her!!! I have been seeing Dr Ann Morrill for the last 21 years, She is Willing to hear what you have to say, unlike other doctors that they don't want to hear your opinion!!!

I've been with Dr. Morrill for a very long time, my daughter and her husband also go to her. I find her to be very caring and knowledgeable. The virtual office visits work just as good as being in her office. Excellent office staff.

Dr. Morrill is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable about my life and my health. I never feel like I have to keep reminding her of what has happened in the past regarding my health. Every time we speak, she knows exactly what’s going on and helps to make me feel better both health wise end emotionally.

I have been a patient of Dr. Morrill for longer than I can remember and she is a fabulous woman and doctor. She talks with you like a family member. She has kept me healthy and happy. Now thats a great doc! Thanks Dr. Morrill so much for being dedicated to the health of your patients.

I'm a biologist with a Ph.D. from Hopkins. I am also a bit of an arrogant ***. Ok, more than "a bit of." I like to see if medical doctors can understand what I say and if they can take my admittedly in-your-face attitude. She could, lol. Matched me point for point. Her staff is awesome and respond as quickly as is humanly possible.

After having Dr. Ann Morrill for over 5 years I've came to the conclusion that she's isn't professional in my opinion.She can't keep staff due to her yelling at them and I've witness this. Plus she trys to keep staff by buying them lunch. She only wants the patient's money. Thank God my new doctor who cares and have found health problems with me that was overlooked by Mrs. Morrill lack of care. Wonderful, Friendly, Full of both Medical and Endocrine Knowledge which Dr. Morrill kindly shared with me, she wrote prescriptions for me for further testing, and both Dr. Morrill and her assistant Laura cared for me beyond their call of duty with my Diabetes issues at my appointment! Dr. Morrill is God sent. She has the patience of Jobe and does a very thorough job—at least with this patient, she does. Dr. Morrill is understanding and compassionate—great traits for doctors. I’m so satisfied that I’m sure she’ll be my doctor for many more years.

Dr. Ann has been our family Dr for over 15 yrs. We have recommended her many times. She is thorough and very caring. She will put a smile on your face and assurance in your heart. She was born for this. I call her Mother Teresa (she laughs and is very humble about my praise ) because she has served this community and Maryland well and with her medical knowledge, undying love, sacrifice, and commitment she should be acknowledged. She may take her time with each patient, but she will make sure we all have what we need before we leave. She will find a way to make it right. This practice is all about money. Patient care comes last.

Returning even though I live out of state, have not found a more thorough doctor.

On more than one occasion Dr. Morrill has gone above and beyond to help me! There is not enough time or room here to sing her praises. She is super smart, very caring and quite funny! I really connect with her. She is an outstanding physician!!!

Dr. Morrill is extremely thorough in her exams and takes her time when speaking with me. She is cautious and does not dismiss any complaints. I have recommended her to many friends and family.

The healthcare system seemed to not affect Dr. Morrill. She has pride in her job, and treats patients with care. Even rubs elbows for good luck. She may be the last real doctor around.-Kristin

cares about you as person, not just a patient, very intelligent and educated dr, doesn't rush you in and out just to get to the next person, follows up on care, knows her patients, doesn't give you a script and send you on your way, does her homework to ensure your best care, truly a caring doctor, very rare in this day

Dr. Morrill has been my physician for almost 20 years. I have never thought of leaving her. Why leave the most wonderful, the most thoughtful and caring dedicated person? I have been tested over the years with serious medical problems, however, she has always been there for me in ways other physicians have not. I don’t know what i’d do without her. There were times when I needed help from her at 3:00 am and she was there. I would not abuse this, it’s just nice to have this peaceful thought.

Terrible practice. Not because of the doctor directly but because of their extremely aggressive, inflexible and uncaring billing practices. They LEAD with billing. They call you constantly to ensure that the money is the first thing that will be taken care of. They bill you BEFORE your services...BEFORE they even submit your visit to insurance. This may be legal...and it may be permitted, but it feels CRAPPY and its the reason why i was ADAMANT they will NEVER get my deductible from me. I will change providers before i allow a practice to profit off of operating in this manner. Now instead of the 250 that they COULD have gotten from me if they'd WORKED WITH ME...they will get ZERO. Not a smart move on their part. There are many more doctors in the area that have a better way of dealing with their patients. Terrible practice. Dr. Morrill herself is an excellent Doctor. I've been a patient of hers since the early 2000's. The wait time to be seen however is horrible. It doesn't matter what time your appointment is, plan to wait at least an hour to be seen, sometimes 2 or 3. Aside from the wait times doing what they say they are going to do is rather frustrating too.. During my wellness visit I asked Dr. if she'd be able to write me a letter. She said absolutely, call and make an appointment and when you come in I'll have the letter for you. So I did, when I called I told them what I needed and they said ok. I get to my appointment to find out they haven't written the letter, but that it will be emailed to me by 10:00am the next day. When I called the girl that answered said "my colleague hasn't gotten around to it yet." My response was, "I had discussed with Dr. Morrill that I needed it today, and she informed me it would be done by 10:00am this morning and emailed to me." The girl then proceeded to get a little snippy but not much and said She'll have it today I just don't know when. This is unacceptable as I was told from the beginning the letter would be ready the day of my appointment 5/14/18. I needed the letter today 5/15/18 and who knows when they are going to get around to actually doing it. Dr. Morrill, you are great, so nice and very helpful. I've been coming to you for years. Please get your employees in check. If you say something is going to be done by a certain time please make them uphold that agreement. This is someones life being messed with, and especially since I paid $144.00 for my appointment yesterday to be seen for 2 minutes I don't think having the letter in a timely manner was too much to ask. Been my Primary Dr for over 18 yrs, referred many friends to her, sadly, a few have since passed away, but She is AWESOME!

Dr. Morrill is without a doubt the best doctor I have ever had. Conscientious, thorough and very knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond for her patients and works long hours, including on the weekends.

Even with an appointment you will wait at least an hour if not longer. Doc never gets up, she sicks in a chair in a small office and waits for you to come ro her. Orders test for no reason, so it will be on another doctor's task to determine what is wrong. She is very expensive. Only positive is you can get a same day appointment.

Dr. Morrill will go to great lengths to get the the bottom of any health issues you might have. She is thorough and has a wonderful ability to think outside of the box. Excellent, personal care. She's not the kind of doctor who just throws the pills the pharma rep dropped off. She shows amazing knowledge and intuition when diagnosing and prescribing.

The wait time to be seen is very long. Been waiting for 1.5 hours just to get a refill on a prescription. Need to improve on the the efficiency of seeing patients.

I have never been so upset as i am woth this doctor. I have been a patient for several years and today i needed my diabetic medication until i could get in to see her and i was old that it would be a charge of $20 for them to call in the medication. I have NEVER heard of such a thing. So i contacted other doctors and found out that they have never heard of such a thing. The office is very unorganized and the wait time is terrible. Would not recomment this doctor.

Dr. Morrill is a very thorough and friendly physician who offers patient friendly office hours. The staff, especially Laura, is kind and helpful. I am so happy to have found such a great team.

I love Dr. Morrill, as a cancer survivor who has LOADS of doctors, she actually listens, is attentive and is so friendly in assisting you in your care. I love the staff and the office seems like a "work family" because everyone is just all in to provide care. You will wait, because there are a handful of other patients there, but that's because people come from around the state to see her. Be patient while you wait and you won't be disappointed.

I have been going to see her for seven years. That was the best place hands down. All of sudden things changed in a very bad way. The staff is horrible. I had a serious surgery and had complications. I need a pre auth to see the ENT surgeon. I filled out the request on her web site. I got an auto response saying they are working on it the following day. I haven't heard a word back in almost two weeks. I called and got a total runaround. I could die waiting. I am looking for a new primary care.

Finally, a doctor who listens and who wants to find out the cause of my myriad ailments. Dr. Morrell's easy-going personality put me immediately at ease. I felt very comfortable about being proactive about my health issues. She and her medical assistant were deeply thorough. I believe I received the best consultation and exam yI've ever had, and more tests are being ordered. I'm confident that Dr. Morrell can help me. As for her staff, they were very friendly, professional, and helpful.

I went to this doctor 1 time for a physical. Not only is she unprofessional, her staff is as well. I waited well over an hour for her. When she finally came into the room, she left the door open, staff was coming in and out interrupting her as I was being examined. She left me in the room numerous times to address other issues. I finally had enough! I got dressed and walked out! I wouldn't take my dog to Ann Morrill! One of the most unprofessional doctors and offices I've ever been in!

Small practice with a dedicated team all supporting Dr. Morrill. It's not the prettiest office, but the staff are all very caring, and Dr. Morrill herself is very detailed and enjoys feedback and patient's input into their plan of care. If you're looking for a Dr. with lots of ego and a strut, she's not it; what she is is comprehensive, a fantastic listener, and very inter-personal. There's no aloofness about her, she is straightforward, honest, and kind. First GP I've actually liked.

Nice people got alot better with appointment time better office

I would strongly discourage others from seeing this doctor. She is over-reliant on generic, computerized assessment and has poor interpersonal skills. She does not listen to concerns & fails to address presenting health challenges. She is VERY DISRESPECTFUL of patients' time; I had to wait over an hour when I scheduled the FIRST appointment of the day. She presents as disheveled and unprofessional.
