Dr Ann has been our dentist for over twenty years. Dr Felix joined her not to long ago. Both are excellent dentist, not only maintaining existing teeth as well as enhancing our smiles with bonding's, caps, and bridges. I had a great first visit with Dr. Felix Liou and Amanda. For the initial examination, Dr. Felix was very detail oriented and thorough. He quickly noticed certain areas in my X-rays and explained everything clearly. He was also very patient in answering all my questions and put my mind at ease with his recommendations for addressing my dental issues. For the cleaning, Amanda the hygienist was also very thorough while being very considerate of where I had been experiencing some sensitivity. This was the best dental office experience I've ever had and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Seattle area. Installed ventilation sys to vent inside air to outside which is good. Clean environment. Follows the Covid protocols. Nice people.

Absolutely a great practice. They're all quite talented, very personable, high on customer care and give you a path forward in whatever treatment plan and level of restoration works best for you. I've been a patient of theirs for years and would highly recommend without reservation their services and expertise as they're top notch!

You wouldn’t think that a car accident could be a good thing, but for me and my smile it was - because it lead me to Dr. Ann Liou and her amazing team at Dentistry from the Heart. About six months prior to the car accident I completed a 2-year, $40,000 full dental restoration with a now retired Dr. Thomas R———— on lower Queen Anne. I was very disappointed with the final result - actually, I was VERY, VERY disappointed, but figured I’d have to live with it. Fast forward six months to the car accident when 7-airbags went off in my car, and two of them smacking me right in my face, breaking two front teeth off at the gum line. There was no way I was going back to that other dentist (he who shall not be named) on lower Queen Anne. Because of the work I had just gone through, I can say that Dr. Liou has done beautiful work on my teeth. I have had friends and clients comment on how amazing they look. Dr. Liou is a perfectionist, which is what you want in a dentist. She actually had me drive to the lab several times to make sure the teeth were the right color, and that they looked good in my mouth. A tooth isn’t totally the same color, and Dr. Liou and the lab made them look natural, and just what I wanted. I have already scheduled appointments for January to start replacing more of the shabby work by the other dentist. Dr. Liou took my smile from a Walmart smile to a Nordstrom smile. If you have read this far you know how happy I am with Dr. Liou, but I also want to say I’ve never had to wait for my appointment (she is always on time), the office is very comfortable, and throughout the work being done she and her team go out of their way to make sure I’m okay. Then there is Chloe. Chloe is great to work with. She is accommodating, understands my work schedule, is very professional, and kind. Everyone there is great, and a BIG thumbs up to Dr. Felix Liou. I’m grateful for everyone at Dentistry from the Heart. We have always been impressed with Dr Liou and all her staff. I get my teeth cleaned 3 times a year and look forward to it. The office staff are fantastic. My past experiences before seeing Dr Liou were painful. Dr Liou knows how to administer a pain free shot. She is a consummate professional and knows her practice.

Dr. Felix treated me with kindness and respect. He was professional and thorough. He took the time to explain the procedures and answered all my questions. I felt so taken cared of.

Dr. Felix is an amazing guy - and most importantly a careful, caring, and detailed dentist. I have moved around a lot, been to lots of dentists, and Dr. Felix is by far the best one I have visited. I plan on being a patient here for a long time!

I was looking for a new dentist and am very glad to have been introduced to Dr. Felix Liou who treated me with great care!
