I'm not sure where to start. The front desk staff member was extremely unprofessional and rude. She communicated to me in a very short and annoyed manner several times during our encounter. The equipment used within the facility was antiquated. I felt very uncomfortable being told I would not be seen and hearing the front office staff and nurse converse about me placing me in a negative light. Even when frustrated I was kind and polite to each staff member. The nurse incorrectly measured my height and proceeded to record it after I told her what my correct height was. I wish I would've gotten to build rapport with Dr. Henry but after waiting and reflecting on the mistreatment and curt attitudes of the office staff I decided that I would cancel the remainder of my appointment. I encourage this long practicing branch to be more mindful of the way the communicate with all of their patients regardless of color, nationality,or age. I'm not sure where to start. Dr Henry, Michelle and Sandy are all incredibly welcoming and efficient. I was impressed by their whole body approach to my wellness and care, and I feel that each one listens to my questions with genuine concern. Their sense of humor is off the charts as well :)
