Dr Grady is the best cardiologist this side of the Mississippi

I agree with the comment placed by a health care professional in 4/2020. In addition, my insurance was charged for a telehealth visit that did not occur (4/30/20) as the office was closed. The insurance was unable to reach the offcie and was investigating the charge as fraud.

Dr. Grady is great but super disappointed with the staff at the office. Someone in the office mistakenly gave a referral to a different network and instead of owning up to it conjured up a whole story. Additionally, had a very difficult time connecting with the staff to get situation resolved. Even after I received a call back person was not very helpful and when I informed her I would be switching doctors due to this event her reply was "ok". I hope Dr. Grady realizes the sort of staff members she has running her office.

1 staff is sloppy, on multiple occasions they have forgotten to send prescription requests to my pharmacist, to the point where even the pharasist thinks they’re a joke! 2 office does not have a policy for printing out the details of each visit, in fact the office staff told me that I should be writing it all down Ike I have time to 3 it’s a joke that one specialty listed is weight loss since I proactively talked to dr Grady about this specific topic and was ridiculed because my weight gain of over 20 pounds was not consider overweight by some insurance standard, 4 this brings me to my most virulent criticism, it seems dr Grady is more concerned with keeping Stewart medical happy and insurance companies satisfied than she is in keeping her patients happy safe or healthy- I had to demand a stress test etc before she administer them and ended with two stents and a closed artery only after I demanded the test be administered- So no I do not recommend this very likable doctor less you are either in perfect health or very aggressive in your medical demands- hope y’all read this and think about it ladies cuz it ain’t funny 1 staff is sloppy, on multiple occasions they have forgotten to send prescription requests to my pharmacist, to the point where even the pharasist thinks they’re a joke! … More

She is great, and four of our family members go to her too. Very proactive and a pleasure to talk to.

My mom and I have been going to Dr. Grady for several years now, and I would recommend her to anyone. Dr. Grady is the finest physician you will ever find. She treats her patients with exceptional office manner. She is a great listener to all your health concerns and will provide you with the very best advice of how to move forward. Most importantly after providing you with all your options she allows you, the patient, to decide what you want to do. I’ve been a patient of Dr Grady’s for Decades. I’ve also referred all of my healthcare professional coworkers to her over the years. I agree that up until 2018 she was very attentive and on the forefront of medicine. Over the last few years she and her staff have fallen from that pedestal. Being at high risk for Covid-19 and having ALL symptoms, I reached out to the Dr on 2 occasions for direction. She, on both occasions, did not think it was necessary for me to be tested for the virus. She advised I call 911 if I had trouble breathing. After fever for 3 days, I spoke with one of my Physician Specialists and I was advised to be tested without a doubt! I am grateful that the nurses at the South Coast call center for Covid-19 were able to get me an appointment. YES I DID TEST POSITIVE!! My results were sent to Dr Grady. Dr Grady has yet to follow up with me. My coworkers have also expressed a decline in her “care” and the professionalism of her office.

Dr. Grady is a competent and attentive physician. She is thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Grady takes the time to explain any health issues or questions you may have in a thoughtful and individualized manner. I have been seeing her for over 10 years.

Office staff is very competent and accommodating. Dr. Grady is very easy to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable. I have only had well visits and testing so far but feel that I will be well taken care of. I would recommend scheduling a follow up for reviewing test results with her. Otherwise, you will get a vague phone call and be left with questions that only the doctor can answer.

Dr. Grady is one of the rare doctors you can really talk over your health concerns with. She provides the greatest care and recommendations to keep you at your best that I have ever experienced. At my age (70), that speaks volumes. She does not push you into making decisions you are not ready to make. Without hesitation, I can assure you, they just don't come any better. She is truly a cut above the rest.
