Ann Edmunds

Was not impressed and won't return. I have had some sinus issues for a long time and it ended up being your typical doctor visit. You try to tell them whats wrong, they just move you along to get you out the door, when you ask questions trying to find to find help they just push you off to the side. Unless its an easy fix I don't see this doctor helping any.

Dr. Edmunds is great! But.. her assistant I believe Colleen is not friendly, very rude, she actually hung up on me while trying to get my child schedule for surgery! Dr. Edmunds office could be a great success even more then now if she found a new assistant. We have since went else where and found an amazing doctor and staff that were very caring and understanding and made us feel like important not just a number or another patient walking into the office. Poor experience. I felt she was basically just cutting me loose.

Dr. Edmunds kept me waiting for over an hour even though her office was not busy. She referred me for a CT scan and made her diagnosis off that scan only and did not address my symptoms nor offer treatment.

Dr. Edmonds and her staff are amazing! Caring, empathetic and want to help. They truly go out of their way to accommodate needs. Wouldn't recommend or go anywhere else. Wonderful kind and listens

So caring and wonderful. I recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Edmunds has been a savior for our family! We have been to two other ENTs one at Children’s 0ne at Boystown. Their bedside manner was awful and scarred my child. Dr. Edmunds was the first doctor my little girl hopped right up in the chair and let her look In her ears. We did tubes for my son and removal of tubes for my daughter with Dr Edmunds and she was great from the start until the end! She made us feel very comfortable as parents going through with the procedures!

I’ve been to this office 3 separate times. Each time my needs were met and I have been very satisfied with the results. The professionalism and friendliness is second to none here as well.

I don't know what people are talking about. We got into see her quickly. She was very friendly, and took time to talk with me. She was able to fix my son's tongue tie in the same visit. Than after they were done they let me stay in the room and nurse. Still will all of that we were in and out within an hrour, without feeling rushed. I will so recommend her to others, and would go back to see her if needed.

Horrible experience. I was referred by pediatrician for my son for possible adenoidectomy. When I made the appointment I requested Dr. Edmunds office contact pediatrician for file so she would review it before appointment. Waited 30 minutes in lobby then 25 more minutes in room before Dr. came. She had not reviewed my sons file and basically wasted my time. The 5 minute appointment ended w her stating she would review file and call me. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard anything and had to call dr.

We trust her and she is a good doctor and great with the kiddos. The downside is, you will feel rushed and that you don't get to really spend the time to talk with her. You will also count on getting brought back at least 15 minutes late and then sitting in the exam for sometimes over half an hour or more. With young children/infants that I've brought in, waiting that long is very frustrating!

I would never recommend her to anyone! I was recommended to her by my other doc and she miss diagnose me when I kept tell her something else was wrong, nope you this and you will fine, NOPE went to urgent care the next night with influnza A!! NEVER WILL I GO BACK, VERY UPSET...

I had Vertigo when I crawled in to the office. I walked out without vertigo. Thank you!
