I have really bad back and hip pain,he told me all he could do for me was steroid injections,my family dr said no since my diabetes is not under control,he still adamantly considered steroid injections,I walked out and said I won't be back

Dr.Bux is so nice..Yes he is a busy Dr like most but he still has compassion for his patients.He has made my pain so much more tolerable with injections.So glad I got referred to Dr.Bux..and his staff is very caring also .I would recommend DrBux

Uncaring, rushed, and hateful. My mom went in for a trial surgery to possibly help her back pain that she has been dealing with since 2016 (currently in a wheelchair because of it), and he held an attitude every time he came in to see her. Loudly announced her medications in the middle of the surgery waiting area, & refused her anesthesia during the surgery (only applied a local numbing agent). She cried the whole way through. Uncaring, rushed, and hateful. TO me, DR.ANJUM BUX IS A VERY FRIENDLY,CARING, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT HE DOES....YES, SOMETIMES HE IS BUSY AT TIMES, BUT ISN'T EVERY DOCTOR.....BUT ANY TIME THAT IT TAKES HIM A WHILE BEFORE HE CAN GET TO ME, HE ALWAYS SAYS HE IS SORRY FOR ME HAVING TO WAIT......AND THE STAFF THAT HELPS HIM IS ALSO VERY CARING, SWEET, AND HELPFUL.....THEY MAKE YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE REALLY THEIR #1 PRIORITY.....I HAVE RECOMMEDED THE EPHRAIM MCDOWELL PAIN CLINIC STAFF TO MANY PEOPLE.......AND THE LOCATION REALLY CONVENIENT FOR ME CAUSE I HATE THE DRIVE BACK AND FORTH TO LOUISVILLE OR LEXINGTON... He has helped me tremendously....he is very kind and wants to help you feel better. He is very skilled at what he does. He bent over backwards to help me get the device I needed. He has high standards which I appreciate.

Can't even give this place 1 star. Terrible from the second we walked in! Waited 2 hours to see the physician and then he was in and out in 5 minutes, then when my fiance asked him another question he said "I have 70 other patients to see you need to go"

I began seeing him in 2013 for pain management, but, I got so much more in return. Instead of meds and injections he placed a neurostimulator in my back and now I get to control my pain.
