I can't imagine the reasons for the negative reviews. Dr. Shah has been my primary care physician since 2004. She's excellent. It's a small scale, uncomplicated practice. If you want a big fancy office with several doctors and a bunch of staff, move on. If you need a great doctor and if she's in network for your insurance, look no further. Called to see if this doctor took my insurance - front desk lady answered saying "Hello?" and I had to verify it was his office and when I asked about my insurance she said "Absolutely not." I told her that was rude and she said "Yup" hahahaha! Gotta admit, did kinda make me laugh. Lol... Some people. THE ABSOLUTE WORST DR I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!! I was in the hospital for 16 days and I had honor of having DR.SHAH (sarcasm)she was going to send me home with no info on what was going on with my health. I refused so I stayed in the hospital. I later started to have fevers of 100.9,100.5 &100.7 with swollen lymph nodes and she wanted to send me home. I was at lost for word. Caring compassionate physician. Small but efficient office. Front desk is very helpful. Works real well when appointments are made on line, insurance varified on Line as well. She has been my doctor for over 2 decades.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for over 15 years. She has very nice and kind staff. They all treat me with a smile. Her office is cute and efficient. It is clean and has inviting and comforting environment. She takes time with me, addresses my medical problems in a systematic manner. She does not give unnecessary appointments and her fees are very reasonable. She has treated me and my mother for years with dignity and kindness. I am not going to say she is a bad doctor, but there is no point to go because of the price, a visit is $200 which is very high for an MD and in my case she did not even prescribe any medicine and told me to take advil for pain killers, and if it doesn't work come again (another $200), I should instead take physical therapy. I advise go to another doctor who charges a reasonable price and can solve your issue. Also her clinical environment doesn't look professional, it looks more like a one bedroom apartment, definitly not worth paying $200.
