Quite the example of why lowering standards for "equity" is a bad thing.

What a poor excuse to be a doctor. After reading all the bad reviews and saw her criminal chargers online and social media, I hope she get what she deserves!

This doctor was recently convicted in a $46 million Medicare fraud case, and for re-using 1 time use surgical devices and other charges.

Anita Louise Jackson operated three offices of Greater Carolina Ear, Nose and Throat where she would re-use devices to defraud and mislead patients.She performed more than 1,400 of these surgeries for Medicare patients between 2011 and the end of 2017, using just 36 devices. These devices were meant to be thrown away after 1 use.

Well I wasn't to happy when I drove 2hrs for the second time, In a month! Missed work, my son missed school. AND SHE NEVER SHOWED! The nurses were supper nice and made me and my son very comfortable. Doc never even answered the nurses calls. Then after calling her office sh answered and they basically tried to say it's no one's fault as they did before but I'm pretty good at taking responsibility for my mistakes the Doc is always making excuses for her actions because obviously she blames them all on someone else!!!!! As she tried to blame me the first time and even someone in her office heard the same as I did! Needless to say my son will be better off without the getting the surgery from her. And I'm happy at our new office which is aware of appointments and will not be scheduling a surgery without a time or making sure the doc office and the hospital keep contact and a schedule for the upcoming surgery dates! Dr. Jackson allegedly performed more than 1,200 balloon sinuplasty procedures to around 700 patients from 2014 to 2018 and billed Medicare for more than $46 million. 2. Her practice, Lumberton, N.C.-based Greater Carolina Ear Nose and Throat, received $5.4 million for the procedures. I love all the nurses there but trying to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy on time is a joke. I never get to speak to the doctor when they tell me to stay by the phone for my phone appt. I take my whole day out for this appointment which should only take 30 mins or at most 1 hour. I am starting to believe all the horrible reviews might be true. Worse EVER!!! Was seen, medicine was NEVER sent in even after calling them EVERYDAY, EVEN CALLED AFTER HOURS TO ASK THEM OVER AND OVER WHERE IT WAS THEY ALWAYS SAID "WE'RE SENDING IT IN NOW " BULLS☆▪︎☆

Worse doctor I've ever been to! First appointment I had the front office forgot to call me the day before to let me know Dr. Jackson had something else to do and wouldn't be there so I went to my appt for no reason! Rescheduled for today! After waiting 1 hour and 9 minutes Dr. Jackson finally came to work! That's right she wasn't there! I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes in a room when she finally decided to grace her office and her patients with an appearance! She came in asked me a few questions said she had to get the right paperwork even after her nurse had put some type in paperwork in my folder! After waiting another 15 minutes and Dr. Jackson did not come back I got my jacket, my purse and left! Don't recommend. We seat in the waiting room for 2 hours and half after my sons appointment. The building is very underrated, they don't even have digital scale. The play area had old broke toys for kids to play with. Which looked unsafe to play with.

Dr. Jackson has made a quick diagnosis of my conditions and started me on a treatment plan that was well explained to me. She is thorough and caring. Her staff is great. I am thankful I found her!
