It's now TWO WEEKS since I requested a price on glasses. Fran needed to double check on the price and said she'd get back to me. STILL WAITING. I guess they don't need the business. ???

Nice enough, but they will up-charge you for everything and do anything they can to not use your insurance so they can make you pay more. I'm not saying it's unexpected, the name is a synonym for "designer", but if your main goal for going to an eye store is to be able to see, you can go elsewhere and pay way less to get better results.

This is the best place to go for eye check- up . Dr. Anita is great and the staffs too , I like how they are so professional and helpful . Thank you so much for fixing my eyes problem and I’m so grateful that I found them and had a great experience with them

For years I was seeing an OD in another town, but now that I'm retired and no longer make the daily trip to that area I decided to see if there was someone closer by. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Cichon and likes her so I decided to give her a try. A very pleasant visit, and as I needed new glasses had her make me a pair. I have to say that after having a few pair of glasses made over the last 20 years, these are the best, most accurate pair I've ever received - by far. Dr. Cichon is personable and seems concerned with giving you the best treatment possible. Also, the staff there are some of the most likable people I've met in a long time. Dr. Cichon is amazing. She met my son and me after hours to make sure he was okay. She followed up on her own time. I have never seen an eye doctor so dedicated. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of frames.

Dr. Cichon was very thorough and took her time to examine my eyes and get to know me during my exam. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and welcoming her office was. Chris fitted me for my first pair of glasses and showed excellent customer service! Overall a great experience and I'm glad to have found this practice!
