Mr. Anil S Patel

I'm not sure why all the good reviews. One other reviewer said it best, the front office is extremely rude and can care less about your mental health. I called in dispute a no show charge going on six months, my tone was not rude, just inquiring how I reach billing, and the lady on the phone rudely said they can't do anything about it. Then 5 minutes later u get a call from Dr.Patel, asking me to not be rude to the staff. Seriously? This was after I've seen this Dr a dozen times in his little 15 min appointnent window. Hey guys and hands do yourselves a favor and check with your insurance company for other providers. Im sure there are plenty. Best of luck

Dr Patel is a very compassionate & caring doctor

My husband and I with Dr. Patel yesterday (April 7, 2021) to establish care for my husband. Dr. Patel was very kind and professional. Was able to help my husband calm down. Dr. Patel is a medical professional that my husband trusts. I'm so grateful that Dr. Patel will be addressing my husband's mental and emotional needs.

I am writing this review about Anil Patel, M.D., in his capacity of Director of Psychiatric Centers of San Diego. This organization is extremely understaffed, poorly run and the people that work there range from rude to robotic. They don't seem to have any empathy for patients and when you try to get the service you're entitled to, you are attacked and hung up. They don't listen, they make wild assumptions and don't give you the chance to explain. This is extremely ironic considering they are supposed to be a psychiatric center. In his capacity as a director, Anil Patel, M.D. needs to address these issues, train his staff and hire the people needed to meet the demands of their patients.
