Dr. Anil Duggal

I first began experiencing carpal tunnel pain many years ago after my first pregnancy in 2008. The pain gradually worsened until it began affecting my every day life. I’m a nurse practitioner that works with Cardiothoracic Surgery. Therefore, my hands were my livelihood. The pain became so severe that performing daily activities became impossible. Dr. Duggal was recommended to me by a physician I would trust with my life and I thank God daily that I made that first appointment. Dr. Duggal performed bilateral carpal tunnel release with each surgery being only a couple months apart. Throughout the entire process Dr. Duggal was readily available to me to answer any questions or concerns. He honestly treated me as though I was his own family. He was not only amazing but his entire staff at Pikeville Medical Center were truly amazing. The incision sites on my hands are non-existent and Dr. Duggal’s team made the recovery process seamless. Dr. Duggal truly gave me my life back!

Dr. Duggal did surgery on my hand at Pikeville Medical Center and we’ve had great success! He was excellent every step of the way. My therapy is almost complete now and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

I met Dr. Duggal at the hospital that I used to be employed at. I just had a gastric sleeve performed and knew that soon, i would need a panniculectomy or abdominoplasty. After speaking with him, I knew that he would be the person for the job. He treats everyone the same with compassion and caring that some doctors have left in medical school. The surgery was lengthy, but with little pain. He is also an orthopedist specializing in hand surgery. I was so impressed that I referred my mother to him for her upcoming hand surgery. He's a caring physician and over the time we spent together, has become a close friend. I recommend him as a surgeon with top notch class and knowledge, and exceptional beside manner.

Did a fantastic job with my surgery

I went to Dr. Duggal for removal of a ganglion cyst in my left wrist. The process from start to finish was excellent. He listened to my concerns and explained the procedure in depth. I would recommend Dr. Duggal to anyone wanting an excellent surgeon who is caring, kind and compassionate. I am 4 months post op with no pain in my wrist at all, the scar is very small and looks great which is not surprising given Dr. Duggal also specializes in plastic surgery.

Dr Duggal fixed both of my hands and relieved me of the severe carpal tunnel pain! Both of my surgeries went very well! Since surgery, my hands are back to normal! Amazing Dr and highly recommended!!!!

Dr Duggal conducted a nerve graft when i severed the nerve and artery with a chainsaw. Almost 2 yrs later he is still seeing me and finding ways to improve the nerve growth. I didn't think such diligent doctors existed. My life is so much better than it would have been had he brushed me off after the initial surgery.

Him personally he seems like I caring Dr. But the work he dine in me NOT good at all. VERY unhappy with the results

He took time to talk and explain everything even though I knew I had a 15 minute appointment. I never felt like he was in a rush to get to another exam room. I would recommend him to anyone that was in need of his services.
