My experience here was utterly horrific, please save yourself the time and refrain yourself from dealing with them.

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Unpleasant attitude. I called to try to get an appointment but they acted like I was begging for money or something. They rarely answer their calls most of the time and when they do it's like we are bothering them. Don't work if you act like you're taking your time out of the day to answer calls. I've called many times over the past 2 months. I've had enough of your staffs bs excuses. Train the lady who has a nasty attitude on how to interact with patients. I've left numerous vms with my contact information and have YET to receive a callback. So the only time we can expect a response is when we express our frustrations? I used to be a patient of county clinic over 10 years, and was treated with only one medical problem. I was able to move out of the county clinic last year, and had seen Dr Tran for the first time who later appropriately referred me to a psychiatrist who treated me for Bipolar for the first time in my life. I lives with Bipolar for years without knowing. I also lost 10 lbs with healthy life style change advised by Dr. Tran, seen an Orthopedics, has less pain on my knees, and feels much better

I met Dr. Tran because my dad recommended that I go and see his primary doctor. At that time I did not have Health Insurance and had to pay out of pocket for my visit. He was a great doctor and properly diagnosed & treated me. Dr. Tran's staff was very friendly and extremely professional. The office is clean and it was easy to find parking. I had a great experience and can understand why my dad is grateful to be Dr. Tran's patient. I recommend Dr. Tran because he is a good doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tran for over 10 years. He is trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I credit him for saving my life. He was able to diagnose and treat me for my illness. I highly recommend Dr. Tran. I am a satisfied patient and I will continue to use him as my primary doctor. You will be very satisfied with him. He is the only doctor I trust.

Dr. Tran has been my primary doctor for over five years. In fact, he was the one who pushed me to get a colonoscopy after many years of prioritizing my career over my health. As it turned out, I had colon cancer, and Dr. Tran was there for me every step of the way. Dr. Tran is extremely patient, kind, and is cautious about his treatment methods. This is a 100% genuine review and not a fake review as suggested by a previous commenter. I have referred many friends to Dr. Tran over the years.

Makes you feel like a hypochondriac after running a series of basic exams and refuses to collaborate with patient, strings you along. Would save patients a lot of time and unnecessary grief if they would just admit they don't know.

The reviews here are fake written by friends. I am sure this doctor has misdiagnosed many patients, failing to properly diagnose patients despite being given ample fact pattern and lab reports, failing to treat the root cause of one's ailments. This doctor fails to listen and will put your health and emotional well-being at risk. I am not a doctor but had to diagnose myself after he failed to do so, unfit and unworthy of being called "doctor". I had to find out on my own that I had a retrovirus

Dr tran is a very good doctor I am always able to get an appointment. He is very kind and attentive. Also the staff is very helpful and I never have to wait very long to get in.

My experience with Dr. Tran has been excellent. He is a kind, compassionate and concerned doctor. His practice is run more like the old fashioned country doctor. He does not keep six or more patients waiting in exam rooms for a five or ten minute visit. Dr. Trans patients are invited into his single office/exam room where he spends ample time to make sure all of their concerns are covered. No insurance? Dr. Tran will charge a modest cash fee. Van Nuys California is lucky to have Doctor Tran!
