Can’t keep his eyes open while talking to you. He should probably have his thyroid checked! Stopped seeing him after the first visit.

He won't wear a mask. Was unprepared for my visit which was scheduled 6 weeks ahead of time. Didn't seem to understand what I was telling him.

My daughter had three nodules in her neck. Over the last few months she's been losing massive amounts of hair and other issues. She went to Dr. Caprichione, he ran a "few" test. The test results came back showing she had low thyroid. Having a few other family members that have low thyroid and just some simple research shows the side effects don't get any better without medication. After he recieved the test results showing low thyroid he told her it was probably just a fluke. She asked if there was anything she could do about her hair. He started laughing and told her to buy a wig. She began to tear up, he just looked at his paperwork and told her to schedule an appointment in a month. He didn't walk her out or try to comfort her in anyway. He didn't even talk about any possible treatment or medication regiment. I don't normally leave negative comments, but this guy was a complete POS and a waste of time. He shouldn't be a doctor let alone be in any profession that deals with people. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can go. If they had negative stars he would definitely be in that category. We took her to a specialist in Salt Lake that is currently treating her. They have so far ran much more extensive tests to try to figure out what is going on and their bed side manner is awesome. I would definitely suggest going any else besides Dr. Capricchione. I’m so disappointed because his staff failed to follow up on a referral. Trying to get anyone to answer his Blackfoot phone number is impossible.

I have been very happy with Dr Capricchione. He is caring and takes all the time I need. He really watches out for me. He is very knowledgeable. I would be quick to recommend him.

I had an MRI showing something in my pituitary and he was right on it! Thanks to him I found I had another brain tumor that was actively making way to much growth hormone! If it hadn’t been for him continuing to look and check every function, I went to the University of Utah and had another brain tumor removed! This man is very thorough, listens to what you have to say, takes notes and figures it out before medicating your! Very wonderful doctor and experience!

Most incompetent staff anywhere. They cancel your appointments, bill them incorrectly, and then are unwilling to help. And then they dun you while you wait in vain for them to fix their mistakes with the insurance companies. Avoid these buffoons at all cost.

Wasn't treated very well. Ridiculed for my numbers, when they weren't correct. Won't ever go back! This was three years ago.

Can never get an appointment. Felt as if I wasnt listened to and the receptionist is very rude!! Will never go back!!!

Dr. Capricchione really listens to what I'm saying and takes the time to make sure he answers all of my questions. He is knowledgeable and gives me options so I can be part of the decision making process of my treatment. The only problem I've had involves his staff. It can be difficult to get return calls from the nurse which is frustrating.
