Angela Wyatt has the rudest people that work for her. I started seeing her years ago and she is always to busy to do a skin scan. When she does, all she wants to do is push products and sell you stuff. She loves to say “oh, we graciously do a skin clinic once a year, you just missed it! I guess you can wait until next year and hope nothing gets missed” Really not in it for the care of people.

I’m currently a paitent of Dr Wyatt. She is an amazing Dr.!! Very polite and caring. She’s helped me improve my skin she helped my brothers with their skin. The staff is also amazing! I Highly recommend her to anyone who asks me about a dermatologist.

Terribly unprofessional office staff.

Very unimpressed with the service received here.The front office staff, especially Amy, were very disrespectful and made me wait over 5 minutes outside then proceeded to tell me I was late. The service received here was terrible and that is not how a patient should be treated. Coming from healthcare myself, I’m surprised so many bad reviews have been left on the front office staff and nothing has changed. Dr. Wyatt is the kindest doctor I've ever met in any field. I love meeting with her and she always has all the answers.

I've been a patient of Dr. Wyatt since 2015. Her medical care and knowledge and her staffs service has been nothing short of outstanding. I think it is important for those who submit negative experiences to remember that she is the sole MD--there are no others for backup. In part, this is why new patients must wait for an opening. And, I would say it is indicative of people wanting to get into her care. And, give people a break. Why not return perceived rudeness with kindness or understanding? Finally, it was Walt Disney who learned if someone had a bad experience they will tell 37 other people. Yet, if they have a good experience they will only tell 4 or 5. Negativity is toxic. Wow! Would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wyatt. My husband & I had separate appointments & we travelled 1.5 hours for skin cancer screenings. Both of us had an excellent experience. Angela is very kind, patient, caring, - and in addition we learned so much as she taught us while doing the exam, and answered all of our questions. This was most definitely a beneficial experience! I have been a patient of Dr. Wyatt's for over 8 years. Without a doubt I feel I have received great patient care! I have been to four other dermatologist in my life time and feel her care is above and beyond the rest... Yes, it can be hard to get an appointment at times but one expects this from any really good doctor for there is only so many hours and days in a year and when the patient load gets to be greater than time allows then we must be patient and feel lucky to get in. I don't understand the negative comment about Natisha. I feel she is very professional and the nursing staff is as well. I hope I will always be able to be treated by this professional team!!! PS All my other doctors are in California since we spend a lot of time there. I plan to keep Dr. Wyatt as my dermatologist even if I have to return to Arizona to see her. Dr Wyatt and staff are highly professional yet personable with super patient awareness. Her office and personnel are as covid safe as an office can be. I highly recommend her services.

I don't recommend this office. Very rude receptionist, Natasha. Additionally, my wife went to Dr Wyatt and she missed a serious cancer on my wife's neck. Thankfully, another Dr caught it. Awful practices here.

Dr. Wyatt is the most gracious and kind lady. She is truly gentle and takes time to ensure that her patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and that the experience is positive. I have been going to her for about 7 years now, she has never been anything less then classy, professional and kind. I would recommend her to anyone

The staff here, namely Natasha, are seriously rude and uncaring. I second another review who experienced the same. Terribly UNprofessional office. They wont last long here unless they raise their standards of hiring. No-one enjoys insolent behavior.

I tried calling to make an appointment and was told that I had had had an appointment three years ago that I didn't come to and because of that I have to pay a $50 no show fee before I can make another appointment. Three years ago, I tried calling to get an appointment and constantly got a busy signal, left voicemail messages, and never actually was able to make an appointment. I'm not sure if an appointment was made on my behalf and I wasn't told about it or if some other miscommunication happened. I've asked several times to have the no-show fee removed to no avail. As a result, I have gone to other dermatologists and Med spas and spent thousands of dollars that Angela Wyatt Dermatology could have pocketed had they not been so greedy for a $50 late no-show fee. Initially I was very happy to be a patient of Angela. My full body skin checks are necessary every three to six months. As the other comments relate, she has stopped these exams except for a small fraction of patients who manage to get on a very short list. Unfortunately I was never one of those few fortunate. I found a dermatologist who can see me on a set schedule for full skin exams. However you can make appointments with Angela very easily for the more profitable facial procedures. Due to her kind and caring manner and her impressive credentials as a Botox instructor I made an appointment for Botox injections. (No problem making that appointment) I returned a few weeks after Botox injections with one side of my forehead with same wrinkles. She said oh no one will notice. I said I noticed and was sure others would also. So a few hundred dollars later I walked out. The same result. So over $1,000 for an unacceptable result. I read reviews and decide where to go based on others experiences. I hope this helps someone make their decision. By the way I think Angela has a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Wyatt is wonderful and really thinks outside the box when it comes to skincare. Her office staff, however, are some of the least helpful uncaring people I’ve dealt with in the medical industry. They really have no respect for patients’ time or needs.

I had a great experience with Angela. She is very nice and knowledgeable, she explained every step and options for me. I got the price range for the treatment before my first visit which I highly appreciated, as compared to other places that required me to make an appointment first for the pricing. Dr. Wyatt really truly is a kind person with excellent bedside manner. That said, I’d go see her even if she wasn’t nice because she’s that good. She is very knowledgeable and skilled and does excellent work with both medical and cosmetic procedures (Botox, Filler, laser stuff). I will never look old thanks to Dr Wyatt haha ;). Making appointments is easy and getting through on the phone to talk to someone is easy. I’ve seen many providers for similar things in big cities and she’s the best, an expert and has a good eye and gentle hand. Terrible patient service regarding full-body mole checks. I am an established patient. Here's how you have to TRY to make your yearly mole check appointment : you have to call on one specific day 3 months ahead of when they schedule; you call like you're trying to win a prize on a radio station. I constantly dialed and re-dialed...busy signal. Finally got through after 20 minutes and the system said to wait for the next operator; after 3 minutes, it sent me to a voicemail. I left a voicemail. Happened again after about 7 more minutes of dialing non-stop. Left yet another voicemail. Continued dialing non-stop for another 30 minutes. When I FINALLY got a live person, I was told the appointments were all full for full-body mole checks. When I told her about my on-hold voicemail situation, she told me, "You and probably 500 other people have had the same experience." Really?? That's all you have to say? Then I asked for Dr. Wyatt to call me back personally; she refused to take the message. Seriously, what kind of patient care is this? I have been seeing Dr. Wyatt for 4.5 years now and I can't imagine going to anyone else. I have seen many dermatologists in my life as I have a skin condition and NO ONE has been as caring and compassionate as Angela Wyatt. I have never felt rushed in her office, she always takes her time with me and addresses any questions I have. Her bedside manner is something all doctors should aspire to be like. It's difficult to adequately articulate the type of care that Dr. Wyatt brings to her patients. She is thoughtful, intelligent, current on latest research and technique and is highly skilled. Most impressive though is how she leads with compassion and genuine concern for her patients' overall wellbeing. Her schedule is very busy- a telling sign that her patients/clients meet her once and know that they have found a very special doctor, can't imagine going elsewhere. Her staff is one of the best I've ever worked with, yet another reason why patients stay. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wyatt’s for many years and have referred many friends and family to her. However, she has allowed her practice to grow to the point where patients are no longer able to get in to be seen. After waiting 4 months to call at the designated time to schedule a mole check 4-6 months in the future, and a 20-minute dialing marathon, I finally got through only to find that all appointments are full, and was told Dr. Wyatt is no longer doing mole checks and to go elsewhere.

I am and have been a patient of some exceptional physicians throughout the country and my lifetime. Dr. Wyatt "looks" the part. She is probably a nice person. Her office resembles a Ritz Carlton lobby. But this is not why I see a dermatologist. My "experience" with both her practice and her staff was nothing but highly negative. Do not believe anything her staff tells you. There are many great dermatological providers in Flagstaff, Sedona, and Cottonwood. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I've seen her once and am an established patient but every time I've called in the last 2 YEARS I've been told I need to call back in 3 months because she's all booked up. be sure & read the dr's humble bio on her website--only the pope & mother teresa have done more then dr. w.--mos to get an appt--over 1 hr just to get in the exam room--1st visit--was told the appt would be thorough--she spent about 10m (maybe 15m TOTAL) SEEMS to have very a nice matter/concern 4 u. but since she spent most of the few min. we had in small talk--she did not have time to examine black moles on my back for potential SC. so many things wrong, don't have enough space to list everyt..

Dr. Wyatt is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She literally saved my life when I went to her office on a whim and she realized that a spot on my back was dangerous, probably cancerous. (That wasn't even the spot I had gone to her about!) It ended up being a malignant melanoma that was growing toward my spine and preparing to metastisize. Dr. Wyatt caught it just in time, and I'll thank her forever. She has also assisted me with other ailments that I thought I would suffer from for the rest of my life. Her prescriptions and recommendations have made me feel 99% better, and that is miraculous. I am not one to run to doctors for help, but I give thanks for the day I went to Dr. Wyatt's office. Her bedside manner and caring are something that other doctors could (and should) learn from. Dr. Wyatt is fantastic. She is warm and friendly. I was quite surprised when she didn't scold me for showing up to my appointment with a minor sunburn. She simply said, "We aren't like that here." She removed the basal cell that she discovered on my lower back quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend her.
