The receptionist is horrible, she is rude and impolite to patient. I will give a negative stars to this rude receptionist. Not recommend anyone to this office.
I did not get a chance to see or talk to Dr Tseng, but her receptionist is horrible. She is rude and impolite. I did not even finish my question and she interrupted me impatiently saying "sir, you are not listing". I will stay away from this office if they keep an employee like this.
I saw Ds, Tseng in July 2020. I was very satisfied with my visit. She was very attentive and spoke to me in terms that were understandable. I will see her again next year for my 6 month check-up. I'm glad I formed my own opinion rather than subscribing to other strangers' opinions.
The lady that answers the phone is the rudest lady I've EVER encountered. Don't come here.
They are so nice always help in anyway possible they take all the time I need too also they speak so so nice Spanish so if I have truble they help me too !! I highly recommend this place!
The first time I visited Dr. Angela Tseng was 9/26 due to chest pain, refereed by my family doctor. Dr.Tseng ordered an ECHO exam at her office on 10/25/2018. Before a couple days of 10/25/18, the front desk lady called me and said that I needed to reschedule my exam to 12/18/18. I requested sending me to another hospital or other clinic that can perform the same. Because my insurance has a high deductible, if there are issues revealed from the exam, I would not be able to make another exam or get treatment this year and would have to pay the high deductible next year. They rejected my request and said that I must take the exam at their office. Before a couple days of 12/18, the front desk called me again they could not perform the ECHO and referred me to Plano Medical Center. It is irresponsible and greedy, so I have no choice but to choose another doctor. This resulted in a large financial loss for me.
