Not only is she a top-notch surgeon, but she is an absolutely wonderful human. She actively listens and genuinely cares. Takes her time with her patients and acts in their best interest. I had an amazing experience with Dr.Sturm! She was the only nose surgeon that made me feel comfortable to ask as many questions as i needed, and made me feel confident doing so. She is in my opinion the perfect surgeon due to her skills and personality.

My experience was AMAZING! She is great, she listens to your concerns.

Dr. Sturm was highly recommended to me by a trusted thoracic plastic surgeon. I was very nervous not only about the surgery but also, as a male, the outward signs that might denote plastic surgery such as scaring and every variety of the frozen surprised-face look. But after every appointment Dr. Sturm made me feel very relaxed with her gentle demeanor and confident approach. The surgery went very well and my post-surgery care was adjusted based on my needs and it also went very well. It is so nice to have a doctor that is empathetic to your needs and adjusts to alleviate your discomfort. Dr. Sturm fixed my jowling and chubby face that I had disliked for years. Testament to her work is that when I see people I haven’t seen since the surgery all they say is that I look thinner even though I weigh the same. I couldn’t be happier with the results as they fixed what I saw as a problem and the surgery did not change the natural look of my face nor are the scars visible.

I have visited Dr. Sturm's office now twice. The first, a consultation for rhinoplasty. I felt cared for and respected. Also, can we just take a moment to applaud Krystal? She works with Dr. Sturm answering emails, working front desk, and probably a thousand other things. Charismatic, knowledgeable, and caring- I have not had a single bad conversation with her. My second visit was to get a much-needed HydraFacial from Hannah, the licensed medical esthetician. OMG! What an amazing esthetician who worked miracles on me. My skin, like most, has been through the ringer in 2020 and is prone to micro-break outs, fine wrinkles, dryness, cystic acne, and more fun things :) And it has been a week and the skin is healing so well. I highly recommend Hannah for your skincare needs. She will make sure you leave happy and healthy. Dr. Sturm and her team continue to 'wow' me. Dr. Sturm has been warm and patient-oriented from the beginning. I needed a revision rhinoplasty and wanted to discuss the possilbity of a face lift at the same time, since I was already going to be under general anesthesia. I was a bit fearful about ending up looking too pulled and taut. She assured me that I would look just like myself, only better, and that has been the case 100%. People who have known me for years have asked about my Benjamin Button reverse aging, but still can't tell that I had work done. Perfect results!!

After spending more time looking at my mock up "after" picture, I went back into the office before my surgery date to discuss the slope of my nose. Dr Sturm spent a lot of time with me discussing and explaining the process, validating my anxiety, and waiting for when I was ready. There was no pressure to schedule and perform the procedure. I have to admit, I spent way too much time in the sun when I was a teenager. Time caught up with me and I needed to deal with my jawline that was starting to sag and my skin texture which was revealing brown spots. I was having difficulty breathing through my nose and I couldn't smell or taste after a previous surgery. I was really miserable and wanted to be able to breathe again without having issues. She is a very qualified and compassionate physician who went above and beyond from my first consultation to my surgery to my many follow up visits.
