It is difficult to come up with enough superlatives to describe Dr. Ritter. I have been her patient for over fifteen years, and I have never had a bad word to say about her. She is obviously extremely competent and compassionate, and my friends and relatives are always shocked and amazed when I tell them how much time she takes to discuss things with me and think about solutions to problems when I visit her. She is definitely NOT one of these "Get them in, get them out," style of doctors. She explains things as needed, but does not talk down to me. I always feel she is truly concerned about my well-being. I do want to point out that the people on here giving one-star ratings for things that don't even relate to Dr. Ritter herself are being very unfair. I personally have never had any issues with her office staff; some people are never happy, no matter what you do for them. I have been using Dr. Angela Ritter @ NGPG for 15 years & I have always had great service & the staff is awesome. I hate being sick but enjoy seeing my doctor.

Dr. Ritter is the best doctor i ever had. She takes time to listen to you , is very up to date on everything and you couldn't ask for a better doctor .

Wait time is 10-15 min., not bad at all....doctors and nurses are kind and helpful. They are interested in making you feel comfortable and taking care of any issues you may be having.

Love Dr Ritter and April I have followed them to three locations!!!

She is the best. She listens and does everything she can to help you with whatever problems you are having. She will send you to a specialist if she sees a problem and will not let you linger with it. I have been going to her many years and trust her completely.

The worst customer service from the receptionist. I called to make an appointment. The first time I called, she hung up on me. I called back and made it through the phone menu only to have my call ring and ring for 20 minutes. Second time I called I got through the phone menu and my phone call rang for 15 minutes. I sure am glad I’m not in urgent need to see my doctor. Oh, I will be changing doctors. I refuse to be given bad, very, very bad service. The worst customer service from the receptionist. Everyone here is so nice. I love my doctor. Dr. Angela Ritter. Reasonable wait times. I can usually get a appointment when I need it. I pay out of network just to stay with them.

Dr. Ritter has been my doc for 17 years, and she is always good. And she took great care of my Mom. Yes; the staff around Dr. Ritter can be overwhelmed. The staff is organized by the monopoly called "North East GA Medical." Let us not confuse the physicians with the sometimes miserably operations, businesses and insurance companies that create their work conditions. I have been a patient of Doctor Ritter's since I moved to the area in 1999. I have always found her competent, caring and helpful. I trust her completely and I do not give my trust to Doctors very easily. I have recommended friends and family to Dr. Ritter and they have all been pleased and remain with her practice.

Cant get appointments when need,dr.ritter is a good doctor but the front office that answers the phone dont try to help get you in so that you can see your doctor or tell you to go out to the urgent care very unhappy

I have seen Dr Ritter for 10 years now and she is a GREAT doctor. She listens to what I have to say and gives realistic recommendations/goals. She felt a teeny tiny lump on my neck and come to find out I had thyroid cancer. If it wasn't for her being thorough, this might have been missed. She also has a great sense of humor in an appropriate way, which always puts me at ease when I have a visit with her.
