Dr. Ngo's care started out great. She explained things clearly and listened. Now... I can NEVER get a hold of her. I email on my portal, no answer. Called her nurse, "I'm sorry, she will get back to you soon", yet its been 2 weeks and no answer. Call again, "I'm just going to send it to our on call Dr, so you get an answer today...". I have a thyroid medication that I have to depend on daily... not getting a quick answer, let alone an answer is very poor bedside manner. I will be finding a new Endo Dr. One that actually does their job.

I have seen Dr. Ngo for several years. She has always been patient, taken her time and willing to answer any of my questions.

Great - I find her very patient and she takes the time to go over my results and explain next steps

Husband has had parathyroid problem. She was thorough, patient and appropriately detailed. Office returns calls in timely fashion.

Dr. Ngo spent a lot of time with me, thoroughly discussing my symptoms. I never felt rushed and she is very friendly!

Dr. Ngo helped me monitor my thyroid. When it started to grow a little faster than she liked, we did a biopsy and determined it need to come out. After the surgery, it was determined that I did in fact have thyroid cancer. I have since moved to Wisconsin, but still see Dr. Ngo yearly.

This is the doctor I forward to going to see. Always friendly and makes you feel comfortable

Dr. Ngo is extremely personable and very sincere. She has been my endocrinologist for many years and I can recommend her without hesitation. My diabetes is not without complications and I am now a Sr. citizen. This has been a major challenge in my lifetime and diabetes is indeed a very pervasive factor for me. Dr. Ngo and her staff are available in every way, are there to answer questions and see me whenever I am in Methodist Hospital. Highly recommended.
