Dr. Angela R Merzenich

The best doctor I ever had. She is very smart and I know I'm being taken care of with her. She takes her own time to make time for her patients. Words can't explain how much gratitude I have for her.

Very professional and thorough. Ensures all results are discussed and reviewed in detail. Her follow-up is outstanding. Best PCP in central Florida.

I love, love, love the doctor. She is smart, has a heart for her patients and has took care of me for years. However, since she moved to this mainstream office about 3 years ago roughly, her staff is unorganized with billing and scheduling. It is too bad because Dr. Merzenich is amazing. Because I have a debt from 2016, they will not allow me to schedule an appointment with her until it is paid in full. I do not have over $500 so I unfortunately will have to seek another doctor. Dr. Merzenich is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She listens to me and spends time listening to me. Some of the staff that answers phones are very rude and downright nasty. I called because the nurse told me to and they acted like I was wrong and that I was very incompetent.

I love Dr. Merzenich! I had chosen a different doctor through my Florida Blue plan and in two years of appointments had never actually met the doctor. Although the medical assistants were awesome I had an an unexpected appointment one day and my doctor's office wasn't available so they asked me if I would like to see Dr. Merzenich. I agreed and at my first meeting with her she took time to listen to me, was very thorough and I felt like she was a good fit for me. I am just enough of a hypochondriac to worry about everything, but she addresses all of my questions and shows genuine respect for any issue that I might have.

Doc is ok, office employs mostly kids who you have to hound for follow ups. There have been occasions where I have had to call repeated time to get something simple done, they don’t seem to care. I have complained to both dr and office manager with no success.

Made an appointment a month ago when I arrived I was told I was not on the schedule even though my appointment was confirmed. This was not any fault of my own, it was the fault of Dr. Merzenich's office. The doctor refused to see me even though it was the fault of her office. Dr Merzenich is a great doctor, she care’s about the patient, alway 1 on 1 care.

She is the best PCP. She goes the extra mile to ensure her patients get the best care always. She and staff are superb with follow-ups. They make it happen. Go see for yourself!!!

I had contracted scabies while working in the medical field and every doctor i went to did not listen when i told them the itching had spread to my spouse. They kept telling me it was my soap or laundry detergent... One visit to Dr. Merzenich and she correctly diagnosed and treated me.

Abrasive personality, poor bedside manner. Staff is disorganized and disengaged.

Very bad...has an attitude and just rushes in prescribes pills for things that are not needed or problems you don't even have and only concerned in pushing medication in my opinion. Does not listen whatsoever and is very argumentative. As far as the lake mary office.....yuck! very rude individuals that seem to get upset when you show up to your appointment and god forbid if you have a question.

She is super knowledgeable! She recommends diagnostics but understands the financial component of medical care. Can get you in quickly when you have a problem. She reviews all of your records very thoroughly! My insurance premium went up significantly and instead of changing and trying to find a new doctor I felt as comfortable with, I stayed and pay more! No im been diabetic for 5 years she wont look at medical history wont give me insulin doesnt listen to her patients can b rude at times and u will b waiting a long time even though. Ur on time over a hour. Worst docter ive been to very cheap thou get what u pay for. Comes n docter room says what she has to say and rushes out and i also have hearing problems witch she doesnt know about cause she leaves the room so quickly waste of ur time

Excellent doctor but the office staff except for Dustin are unprofessional. My last visit was met with pop music blaring in the waiting room. Most sick patients are not interested in listening to pop music. I think the Dr was out if town.

Dr. Merzenich has great bed side manner. She listens to me and makes sure my needs are met. Dr. Merzenich is professional, timely and an experienced GP. Staff provides excellent customer service. Thank you Dr. Merzenich and team for taking care of me.

Absolutely top notch. Every aspect of Dr. Merzenich's practice is outstanding. She listened to my concerns and I completely trusted her. Had to change doctors due to insurance and the new doctor/practice can't hold a candle to her.

Dr Merznich is AMAZING! She is the most personable Dr. I have ever met. Her staff is great. I always get an appointment in a reasonable time. And never wait long in the office. Our whole family loves her! I recommend her to everyone I like.

She's great - knowledgeable, spends time explaining things to you, takes your opinion and what you say seriously. Great when it comes to treating mental health conditions.

She is a very caring and knowledgeable of her profession. I ask for an appointment to see her and they did not have any openings until late next week. I told them it was kind of an emergency, they ask the doctor and she ask me to go see her right away. I was very thankful because the next day I was feeling much much better.
