Dr. Aneesh Kumar Singla

I have been a patient of Dr Singla’s for at least 9 years. He is exceptional as a diagnostician, offers many methods of treating pain and is very aware of patient needs. He’s gentle in practice and extremely compassionate. I recommend him highly!

Excellent Physician and Excellent Care. Dr. Singla is by far the most compassionate and ethical physician I have approached in many years. He not only cares for his patients primary medical needs but has concern and genuine interest in continuity of care and optimal outcomes for those in pain needing treatment. Dr. Singla works on the premise of Best Practices and follows standards of care. The office is clean, clinical and non clinical staff are pleasant , professional and friendly.

This practice is scared from the time one enters the office by staff that have attitudes rather than compassion for those seeking help with pain to the doctor who hires the staff and who does not take accountability for any inappropriate action by his staff. He is quick to suggest a high-level intervention modality with little or no patient medical information. After the initial consult, Dr. Singla assigns a nurse practitioner as the contact/provider for future visits and that area of his practice needs a serious overhaul.

Dr. Singla, Cindy, Nurse Andrews and the entire team are AMAZING. They have given me my life back after dealing with chronic pain from an accident over 20 years ago. I finally can resume so many of the activities I had stopped doing due to my pain. I have been working with Dr. Singla for just a bit over a year now and my pain levels have reduced from a 7-9 out of 10 scale to a 0-2 level and the 2 is rare!! I could not be happier with the time the entire team takes to talk with me, explain things to me and patiently work with me through what was a nightmare of back pain. My entire family and I thank you Dr. Singla and the ENTIRE team!!!! Stay safe and keep up the amazing work you all are doing.

Dr. Singlah knows his medicine he has tried them all. He digs to make sure a client gets what they deserve he is even known for his prednizone picture. He has been through a lot and it is what makes him who he is today. Compassionate towards others needs for his favor and religion. caution does not mean to misdiagnose woman. However his nurse practitioners do what he suggests but only do what's best for the patient.. I honestly suggest only his nurse practitioners. Dr. Singlah has made a few accidents. Very very poor response from the front desk . Impossible to leave the message for Doctor . I made a mistake to take my mom to Dr Aneesh . Will not recommend to any one

After wasting almost a year going to Dr. Singla, we have left and gone to another specialist. Since leaving, I have been told by two other medical professionals that Dr. Singla RUNS A FACTORY. This is maybe a place you can go to get injections, but if you are looking true pain management and thoughtful care, this is not the place to go. I was taking my mother to her appointments there and on multiple occasions, we waited more than 2 hours before we were seen... even when we had one of the first appointments of the day. We also had several appointments with the doctor when he never even showed up. We were in the office for over 3 hours and finally the PA and NP tried to help. They would go and try to get the doctor, but he never came in and while they were very nice, they seemed embarrassed for what we were going through.

I was told I had chose between suffering between migraines or fibromyalgia. They would not treat my migraines with the three drugs approved for migraine prevention. No treatment options were ever discussed.

I have been seeing Dr. Singla for a few years now to treat my ongoing sciatica and back pain. He has taken the time to get to know me and my particular condition. He has walked me thru various options and at all times has been very honest about what my expectations should be. He does not try to minimize what you are going thru, instead he focuses in achieving what he calls "avoiding zero function". Sometimes avoiding pain completely is not realistic, depending on the condition, and as someone that likes to be deal in realistic terms, I greatly appreciated his candor. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Singla if you are suffering from pain. Pain is difficult to treat and he has both the expertise and patience to treat it successfully. I have known Dr. Singla for years! Professionally and in a personal (as in visiting his office) environment. Not only is he a great Doctor but a very caring individual. It takes a certain kind of person to want to treat, Manage and accept criticisms from patients who could, have been or are dependent on pain medication. He has treated my own family members with the attention they deserve and the respect that is expected. He is so good that he's so busy. I would suggest that if you read the negative review from that one person that did not get their way or did not get what they expected that you disregard and read the reviews such as mine, that I felt I had to write , even though I dislike to. My mother & I were patients there b4 Singla started. He has been the only dr there 4 some time. VERY SHORT VERSION: My 88 yr old mother had been in severe pain for days~4, and although I called and called and left voicemails in the main office & mgmt, I never heard back. I finally went into their office & tried 2 get help. They were nasty 2 me, & Singla refused 2 talk 2 me or help. Now he dropped us! I should’ known when he did the same thing 2 me years ago. Do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY

Dr Singla is treating me for residual pains after lumbar surgery. He is an excellent specialist, working closely with my surgeon and providing a very effective treatment, Mihaela Petrescu

Dr Singla has a facile, seemingly friendly manner but is exceptionally unhelpful when it comes to actually going the distance for his patients. He is good at selling expensive injections but bad at following up when they don't succeed. He is uncourageous when it comes to prescribing pain meds and is even reluctant to do so much as sign a temporary drivers' disability form for a patient he knows to be in severe pain and ambulatory limitation. Insurance-driven, corporate medicine at its worst.

The absolute worst Doctor not just pain management. Absolutely does not care about his patients or their pain. He does this simply for the money. He treated me like an absolute drug addict. Unconcerned with my issues or health. Find someone else. Trust me.

I've seen Dr. Singla for an initial office consultation followed by 3 injection procedures to ease the sciatic pain down my right leg caused by my lumbar spine compression. The procedures seemed to ease the pain, but has now returned. Dr. Singla has good bedside manners and his office right off of Rockville Pike is convenient for me. I would give him a 5 star rating if my sciatica pain was resolved. Scheduled a follow up visit to discuss future treatment options. Will update my rating later

The worst most uncommunicative, pompous doctor. Very poor procedural skills and abysmal patient interface.

Unable to shoot a basketball in the driveway with my kids! After being told I have to live with my back pain by 4 other doctors or risk surgery, Dr. Singla said, "I have a procedure for you, and we also have a simple test to see if it'll work first." 4 days after my procedure I went snow boarding for the first time in 20 years. I've started a new life again. That was 10 months ago.

Dr. Singla is a very kind, caring doctor who listened to me and answered all of my questions.

I was diagnosed w/ spinal stenosis/sciatica that was causing severe pain in my left leg. I was afraid of getting an epidural because I knew it was a big needle and a friend told me when she had one she almost levitated off the table from pain. did a lot of research and was fortunate to find Dr. Aneesh Singla who made it almost painless. He is an experienced, caring and kind doctor. He answers every question, never makes you feel rushed and uses the most up to date techniques. I feel so lucky
